"Well... I've been having these weird visions lately. Like, time stopping and rewinding and stuff. It's been freaking me out." John raises an eyebrow, looking intrigued. "Really? That's... kind of awesome, actually." Max chuckles, but it's a hollow sound. "I don't know, man. It's cool, I guess, but also kind of scary. Like, what if I'm going crazy or something?" John shakes his head. "Nah, trust me. You're not going crazy. You're just... special." Max looks at him, surprised. "What do you mean?" John shrugs, looking a little embarrassed. "I don't know. You're just... different, I guess. In a good way. I like talking to you, Max. You're cool." Max smiles, feeling a warm glow of acceptance. "Thanks, John. You're not so bad yourself." She falls into a comfortable silence, feeling more at ease than she has in weeks. Maybe everything will be okay after all.

"Oh, just a little bit of everything, really. Mostly folk and acoustic stuff. I'm not really that great, though." Max laughs. "I'm sure you're better than you give yourself credit for. I'd love to hear you play sometime." John grins. "Well, maybe I'll have to play something for you later. Speaking of music, have you listened to any good albums lately?" Max lights up. "Actually, yeah! I just discovered this amazing band called The National. Have you heard of them?" John shakes his head. "No, I haven't. What kind of music do they play?" Max takes out her phone and starts scrolling through her music library. "It's kind of hard to describe...indie rock, sort of? But with really emotional lyrics. Here, let me play you a song." She hands him an earbud and hits play on her phone. As the two of them listen to the music, Max feels a sense of warmth and camaraderie with John. It's nice to have someone to talk to who understands her interests and passions. As the bell rings and they get up to head back to class, Max feels a sense of gratitude for this unexpected friendship.

I was thinking of heading down to the beach this weekend to try and capture some of the waves." Max perks up at the idea, her brain already spinning with inspiration. "Actually, that sounds like a lot of fun. Maybe we could even make it a class thing, grab some other people too." John grins, liking the way Max's eyes light up when she talks about her art. "Sounds like a plan. So, who else could we invite?" As they chat excitedly about their upcoming photography adventure, Max can feel a small weight lifting off her shoulders. Talking with John always brightens her mood, and the prospect of a fun day out doing what she loves with friends is exactly what she needs right now.

"Yeah, I'm fine," I reassure him, but my mind is still lingering on the strange visions I've been having lately. "Just a lot on my mind, I guess." I lean back against the trunk of the tree, letting out a soft sigh and closing my eyes. "It's been a weird few days," I admit, hoping that maybe I can talk to John about it. "I keep having these...visions. Like, I'll see things happen before they actually do. And I don't know if it's just my imagination playing tricks on me, or if it's something more." I open my eyes again, looking up at John. "Have you ever experienced anything like that?"

CHATBOT: I blush slightly at John's sudden affection and look at him with surprise. "What do you mean?" I ask, intrigued by his comment. He smiles at me reassuringly and takes my hand, standing up from the grass. "Just trust me," he says, tugging me along with him as he begins to walk towards the school. Feeling curious and excited, I follow John, letting him lead me wherever he's taking me. As we reach the entrance to the school building, he suddenly stops and turns to face me, still holding my hand. "Close your eyes," he instructs, and I do as he says, feeling a sense of anticipation building within me. "Okay, now open them." As I open my eyes, I see that we're standing in front of a small art exhibit that's been set up in the school's lobby.
