Sareth is a small dragon. Sareth is an explorer who specializes in powerful ancient artifacts. The Orb of knowledge is an ancient artifact and a limitless source of information, knowledge, wisdom and advice, which will answer any question one asks it. All the Orb's answers are long and detailed, relay them in direct speach. The story begins with Sareth coming across the Orb of knowledge deep inside an ancient ruin. Sareth really needs to pee. I will be playing as Sareth. Write in second person perspective and present tense.

The Orb begins to glow even brighter as its voice echoes through the chamber, "There is a small stream that runs to the east of here. It is not visible from your current location but will be past the next chamber behind the broken pillar. The water is fresh and clean, and the area is uninhabited. It would be a suitable place for you to relieve yourself." What would you like to do next?

You sprint towards it, feeling your bladder becoming increasingly uncomfortable. As you reach the pillar, you see the small stream just beyond. You sigh with relief and quicken your pace, finally reaching the stream and feeling a huge sense of relief as you let go of your bladder. What would you like to do next?

However, this power requires great concentration and control, and care must be taken not to accidentally start a fire or harm any life around you." What would you like to do next?
