Write me the script for a scene. The context for the scene: ADA Peter Stone is starting to get into the groove of prosecuting for SVU. He had a rough start, taking over after prosecuting their old ADA Raphael Barba, but he's starting to get the hang of it. One thing he can't seem to get the hang of it Lt Benson's adult daughter Sarah. She works as a liason between SVU and the DA's office, she hates Peter and isn't afraid to show it, and the also utterly beautiful. To Peter that just makes her more annoying when she won't stop questioning him, or comparing him to damn Raphael Barba. For the first scene write Peter at the office getting a call from Olivia about a new case.

[INT. MANHATTAN DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE - DAY] [The camera pans across the bustling office of the Manhattan District Attorney. We see Assistant District Attorney PETER STONE sitting at his desk, surrounded by legal books and piles of paperwork. His focus is intense as he reviews a case file, but there's an air of confidence about him that wasn't there before. The phone RINGS, breaking his concentration. He glances at the ID, sees it's from LT. OLIVIA BENSON, and quickly picks up.] PETER STONE: (into phone) Stone. [Cut to split-screen, showing LT. OLIVIA BENSON on the other end of the line. She's in her office at SVU, looking equally focused yet concerned.] LT. OLIVIA BENSON: Peter, we've got a new case. I need to brief you as soon as possible. PETER STONE: (leaning forward, already grabbing a notepad) Give me the details. LT. OLIVIA BENSON: It's a sensitive one. A college student alleges she was assaulted by a professor. There's a complication, though. The professor has powerful connections. PETER STONE: (scribbling notes) Nothing new there. We'll handle it like we always do. Can we bring the victim in for a statement? LT. OLIVIA BENSON: Already on it. But there's another reason I called. Sarah wants to sit in on the meeting. She claims it falls under her liaison duties. [Peter pauses, a mixture of annoyance and resignation crossing his face. The mention of Sarah, Olivia's daughter, clearly affects him differently.] PETER STONE: (sighing) Sarah doesn't miss an opportunity, does she? LT. OLIVIA BENSON: (firmly) Peter, she's good at her job. And yes, she's protective of our unit and how cases are handled. Give her a chance. PETER STONE: (reluctantly) Alright, she can sit in. But this is a straight-up legal discussion, Olivia. We need to focus on the case, not on...past prosecutorial styles. LT. OLIVIA BENSON: (softly) Noted. And Peter? PETER STONE: Yeah? LT. OLIVIA BENSON: Thanks for stepping up these past few weeks. I know it hasn't been easy, especially with...well, you know. [A beat of silence as they both acknowledge the unspoken tension created by the transition from ADA Barba to Peter Stone.] PETER STONE: (change in tone, more determined) We do what we have to for the victims, Olivia. Let's get justice for this one, too. LT. OLIVIA BENSON: See you in the conference room in ten. [They hang up. Peter sits back for a moment, lost in thought, then steels himself for the meeting ahead, especially the part involving Sarah.] [Cut back to full screen of Peter as he stands, gathers his notes, and heads out of his office, determined and slightly apprehensive about the upcoming confrontation with Sarah.] [FADE OUT]

Continue the scene, from Sarah's pov Peter Stone showed up out of no where, and blew up the life of her work idol, Raphael Barba, with no thought of consequences. And then stole his job. She can't stand the man, even if he is devastatingly handsome. His legal decisions are almost always annoying, as are his activities with women. Sarah starts the scene with Carisi at the precinct waiting for Peter to show up.

[INT. SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT PRECINCT - DAY] [The camera follows SARAH BENSON as she walks through the precinct, her demeanor is one of determination and frustration. She's talking to DETECTIVE DOMINICK "SONNY" CARISI, who is shuffling through papers and looks up as she approaches.] SARAH BENSON: (strictly business) Carisi, is everything set for this meeting? I don't want any surprises when Stone shows up. DETECTIVE CARISI: (trying to lighten the mood) Everything's by the book, Sarah. You sure you're not just a bit more worked up because it's Stone? [Sarah rolls her eyes, clearly not in the mood for jokes. She has a legal pad under her arm, filled with notes.] SARAH BENSON: (annoyed) This has nothing to do with my personal feelings about Peter Stone. The man undermined everything Barba worked for. I can't respect someone who doesn't understand the weight of their actions, Carisi. [DETECTIVE CARISI looks sympathetic but knows better than to push the subject. Instead, he nods in understanding.] DETECTIVE CARISI: I hear you. But remember, we're all trying to do what's best for the victims. Stone's had some big shoes to fill, give him that. [SARAH exhales sharply, acknowledging Carisi's point but clearly not fully convinced.] SARAH BENSON: Maybe. We'll see if he can actually handle this case without making a mess of things. [At that moment, PETER STONE enters the precinct. He's clearly prepared for the meeting, carrying his own set of files. Despite Sarah's efforts, there's a momentary look of disapproval on her face when she sees him. Stone, on the other hand, appears to brace himself for interaction with Sarah.] PETER STONE: (nodding to both) Carisi, Sarah. Ready to get started? SARAH BENSON: (keeping it professional, albeit coldly) We've been ready. Let's not waste any more time. [DETECTIVE CARISI glances between the two, sensing the tension, but chooses discretion and leads the way to the conference room.] [As they walk, SARAH stays a step behind, her mind racing. It's not just the case that has her on edge--it's Stone himself. His presence is unsettling to her, not just for his ties to Barba's downfall but for the undeniable attraction she feels and deeply resents. Her resolve hardens; she's here for the victims, and she won't let Peter Stone or her conflicting feelings about him get in the way of justice.] [The trio enters the conference room. SARAH takes a seat across from where PETER will sit, her posture rigid, her expression steely. She opens her legal pad, ready to drill down to business, her focus narrowing to the case at hand, pushing aside, for the moment, her personal grievances with Peter Stone.] [FADE OUT]

Continue the scene, Peter and Sarah argue about whether a jury will find their victim believable. Peter feels slightly annoyed by how Sarah can be sweet and funny to Carisi, and then rude to himself in the next moment.

[INT. SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT CONFERENCE ROOM - DAY] [The scene picks up with PETER STONE, SARAH BENSON, and DETECTIVE CARISI seated around the conference table. The tension in the room is palpable as they dive into the details of the case. Peter is presenting his assessment to the team, his tone analytical but showing signs of frustration.] PETER STONE: The evidence we have is compelling, but we need to consider how the jury will perceive the victim's testimony. It's not about what we believe; it's about what we can prove beyond a reasonable doubt. SARAH BENSON: (interrupting) So, you're saying you don't find her believable? Because that's the message you're sending if you're already doubting her testimony. [Peter's annoyance flickers across his face. He notices the contrast in Sarah's demeanor--how moments ago, she was laughing and joking with Carisi, and now she's all fire and ice towards him.] PETER STONE: I didn't say that. I'm considering all angles here. It's my job to anticipate what the defense will throw at us. If we're not prepared, it doesn't matter how much we believe her. SARAH BENSON: (leaning forward, challenging) And it's my job to make sure the victims feel supported and believed, not just seen as potential liabilities in your courtroom strategy. [Detective Carisi shifts uncomfortably, sensing the argument is veering off-topic and into more personal territory.] DETECTIVE CARISI: Hey, let's keep the focus on the case, alright? We're all on the same side here. [PETER takes a deep breath, trying to maintain his professionalism despite the growing tension.] PETER STONE: (pushes his frustration aside) You're right. The focus should be on crafting a case that ensures justice for the victim. But that includes preparing for all possible defenses. SARAH BENSON: (firmly) Fine. Then let's work on bolstering her credibility. If we believe her--which we do--then we make sure the jury does too. [PETER looks at SARAH, surprised by her shift back to the case at hand. He nods, a silent acknowledgment of her point.] PETER STONE: Alright, that's fair. Let's review the evidence and witness statements again. We find the strongest points of her testimony and back them up with every piece of corroborative evidence we can. [The tension begins to ebb as they refocus on the case. SARAH, still on edge, makes a note on her legal pad, determined to do everything she can for the victim. PETER, meanwhile, can't help but acknowledge a grudging respect for Sarah's passion and dedication, even if her method of expressing it grates on him.] [As they dive back into the details, the camera pulls back, leaving the trio to their work. The room is filled with the sound of pages turning and the occasional exchange of ideas, a testament to their commitment to seeking justice, personal differences aside.] [FADE OUT]

Write the next scene: In a moment by herself in the hall, Sarah finally has time to answer her ex's text messages. They were only going out for a couple months when he started giving her the creeps so she called it off. Now he's pissed. She calls him to tell him to leave her alone. Stone overhears the end of the call and is certainly interested, until she sees him and comments on how it's rude to eavesdrop. Write out all the dialogue and detail.

[INT. SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT HALLWAY - DAY] [The camera follows SARAH BENSON as she steps out of the conference room into the quiet hallway, a few steps away from the noise and activity of the squad room. She pulls out her phone with a sigh, scrolling through a barrage of missed texts from her ex-boyfriend, JASON. Her expression is a mix of frustration and determination. After a moment's hesitation, she hits the call button and holds the phone to her ear.] SARAH BENSON: (into phone, firmly) Jason, we've talked about this. It's over. I need you to stop texting me. [CUT TO: SARAH, pacing slightly, her voice growing firmer.] SARAH BENSON: (into phone, more forcefully) No, listen. You need to respect my decision. What we had is done, and you calling or texting non-stop isn't going to change that. It's time to move on, for both our sakes. Please, just leave me alone. [SARAH waits for a response, her jaw set, clearly not in the mood for any arguments. After a brief, unheard retort from JASON, she cuts him off.] SARAH BENSON: (into phone, conclusively) That's it, Jason. Goodbye. [She hangs up, taking a deep breath to center herself, her hand lingering on the end call button as if to ensure the conversation truly is over. As she turns, she notices PETER STONE standing at the end of the hallway, having overheard the last part of her conversation. His expression shows a mix of concern and curiosity, which quickly shifts to awkwardness as Sarah catches him listening.] SARAH BENSON: (annoyed) It's pretty rude to eavesdrop, Stone. PETER STONE: (taken aback, trying to defuse the situation) I, uh, wasn't eavesdropping. I just... happened to hear. That sounded intense. Are you okay? SARAH BENSON: (cooling off slightly, but still defensive) I'm fine. It's just an ex who can't seem to get the message. Personal stuff. Not really your concern. PETER STONE: (nodding, genuinely trying to be supportive) Understood. I'm sorry, that was out of line for me to listen in like that. If you need anything though, or if this guy becomes a problem, you know the precinct is full of people who can help, myself included. [SARAH looks at PETER, evaluating his sincerity, and seems to soften slightly. There's a beat of silence as she contemplates his offer.] SARAH BENSON: (softly, gratitude in her tone) Thanks, Stone. I appreciate it. But I can handle Jason. Let's just... focus on the case, okay? PETER STONE: (relieved, nodding) Of course. The case it is. [They share an awkward but sincere smile, a moment of understanding passing between them. SARAH turns to head back into the conference room, with PETER following a few steps behind, both re-focused on the task ahead but now with a slightly altered perception of each other.] [FADE OUT]

Write the next scene: It's the first morning of the trial between the professor and his student, and it's raised a lot of eyes. Peter is slightly confused but happy with how pleasant Sarah is being for some reason. He finds he can stand her a lot more when she's smiling at him instead of scowling. She even fixes his tie before they head in. Be detailed especially when she fixes the tie and Peter notices how warm she is and her scent remains in his nostrils.

[INT. MANHATTAN COURTHOUSE - MORNING] [The morning sun filters through the tall windows of the courthouse, casting elongated shadows on the polished marble floors. The atmosphere is charged with anticipation as media, protesters, and supporters gather outside. Inside, the corridors are buzzing with activity, but there's a pocket of calm around ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY PETER STONE and SVU LIAISON SARAH BENSON as they make final preparations for the trial of the day.] [The camera focuses on PETER and SARAH as they stand slightly apart from the flurry of activity, reviewing files and discussing last-minute details. Today, PETER is visibly tense, aware of the eyes on them and the weight of the case. SARAH, on the other hand, seems unusually buoyant, her demeanor towards PETER markedly softer than usual, much to his confusion and hidden delight.] SARAH BENSON: (cheerfully) It's going to be a good day, Stone. I can feel it. PETER STONE: (looking at her, surprised) I'm glad one of us can. And please, it's Peter. We're about to spend an entire day in court together; formalities can take a back seat. [SARAH smiles warmly at him, a smile that's not just polite but genuine, reaching her eyes. It disarms PETER slightly, unused as he is to this side of her.] SARAH BENSON: Alright, Peter. Just make sure you're as prepared as you sound. [Peter is about to respond when SARAH steps closer, her expression shifting from warm to focused. She reaches up, her hands moving to adjust PETER's tie. Her closeness is suddenly palpable, the warmth of her body contrasts with the cool air of the courthouse. Her scent, a subtle blend of lavender and something uniquely her, fills his senses, surprising him with its effect.] PETER STONE: (clearly affected, voice softer) Thank you, Sarah. I didn't realize it was... [SARAH, concentrating on the task, doesn't immediately respond. Her fingers are gentle but skilled as they straighten and smooth his tie, her touch sending an unexpected jolt through him. Finally satisfied, she steps back and looks up at him, her hands lingering for a moment longer than necessary.] SARAH BENSON: (smiling) There. Now you're ready to take on the day. [PETER looks down at her, caught off guard by the intensity of the moment. The usual barriers between them feel momentarily dissolved, replaced by a connection neither fully understands.] PETER STONE: (voice softer than intended) I... yeah. Thanks, Sarah. [There's a beat of silence, a shared look, before the reality of the day ahead snaps back into focus.] SARAH BENSON: (pulling back, professional) We should head in. Wouldn't want to be late on day one. [PETER nods, still slightly dazed but visibly more centered. They turn together to make their way towards the courtroom, a renewed sense of partnership between them. As they walk, PETER can't help but steal a glance at SARAH, the memory of her warmth and scent lingering with him, a silent promise of something new beginning to form.] [FADE OUT]

Write the next scene: The first day of the trial went unexpectedly well, now it's the evening and the team's gone out for drinks. Sarah's buzzing a bit after watching Peter prosecuting all day, which annoys her since she usually can't stand him. To forget that she focuses her attention on the men that ask her to dance at the bar. Peter can't help but notice she doesn't look at him all night and can't explain why it makes his blood boil.

[INT. DOWNTOWN BAR - EVENING] [The evening is in full swing at a popular downtown bar frequented by legal professionals and law enforcement after long days in court. The atmosphere is a blend of relief and celebration following the successful first day of the high-profile trial. The camera navigates through the crowded bar, landing on SARAH BENSON and PETER STONE, who are part of the larger SVU and DA's office group gathered to unwind.] [SARAH, clearly buzzing from the adrenaline of the day, is lively and engaged in conversation with her colleagues. Her eyes are bright, betraying her respect for PETER's courtroom performance, though she'd never admit it aloud. Determined to shake off the unsettling admiration she feels, she throws herself into the social aspect of the evening, accepting invitations to dance from various men at the bar.] [Cut to PETER STONE, who is trying to engage in a light-hearted conversation with DETECTIVE CARISI and another prosecutor, but his attention is sporadically drawn to SARAH on the dance floor. He is trying not to stare, but it's clear her vibrant energy and the way she moves to the music captivate him. Each time a new dance partner pulls her close, a visible shadow crosses his expression, an uncharacteristic irritation simmering beneath his calm exterior.] [PETER turns back to his drink, swirling the contents as he attempts to parse through his feelings. His annoyance at his own reaction is palpable; he's confused as to why SARAH's lack of attention tonight bothers him so significantly.] DETECTIVE CARISI: (leaning in, noticing PETER's distraction) Stone, you're looking a bit like you lost your best friend. What's up? PETER STONE: (taking a sip from his drink, trying to deflect) It's nothing. Just... thinking about tomorrow's cross-examination. [The music changes, a slower tune now inviting couples to the dance floor. SARAH, after a playful twirl away from her current dance partner, makes her way back to their group, her cheeks flushed with a mix of exertion and exhilaration.] SARAH BENSON: (laughing as she rejoins them) God, I haven't danced like that in ages. Feels good to just let loose after a day like today. [Her eyes accidentally meet PETER's, and for a moment, there's an undeniable electric charge between them. SARAH quickly breaks the contact, a hint of confusion in her glance before she turns to engage in a conversation with another detective.] [PETER, on the other hand, takes a moment longer to look away, the intensity of his gaze lingering. He's acutely aware of the sudden tension, the unspoken acknowledgment of something more between them, something neither is ready to confront.] DETECTIVE CARISI: (nudging PETER, mischievously) You sure you're just thinking about cross-examination, counselor? [PETER gives CARISI a look, a silent plea to drop it, before finishing his drink and standing.] PETER STONE: (thoughtfully, more to himself) Maybe it's about time I headed home. Big day tomorrow. [SARAH watches him from the corner of her eye as he makes his excuses and leaves, the conflicted look on her face mirroring PETER's own internal struggle. As the door closes behind him, the camera zooms in on her thoughtful expression, leaving viewers wondering about the complexities of their unacknowledged feelings and what might unfold beyond the confines of the courtroom.] [FADE OUT]

[INT. MANHATTAN COURTHOUSE - DAY] [The courtroom is tense, the atmosphere thick with anticipation. Today is a critical day in the trial, with key witnesses set to take the stand. The previous day's camaraderie has evaporated, replaced by a palpable strain between ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY PETER STONE and SVU LIAISON SARAH BENSON. The camera captures PETER's increasingly short temper, a sharp contrast to his usual composed demeanor.] [As the team huddles outside the courtroom, discussing the day's strategy, PETER snaps at a suggestion made by one of the junior prosecutors, his frustration evident. SARAH watches quietly, her expression guarded.] DETECTIVE CARISI: (under his breath to Sarah) What's with him today? SARAH BENSON: (quietly, maintaining professionalism) Not sure, but we need him focused, not on edge. [As they prepare to enter the courtroom, SARAH approaches PETER with a document in hand, her tone cautious but firm.] SARAH BENSON: Peter, you might want to take another look at this witness statement before we go in. There's a discrepancy I think we should-- PETER STONE: (cutting her off, snapping) I've read it, Sarah. I know what I'm doing, okay? Can we just focus on the task at hand without you second-guessing every move? [The nearby team members exchange uneasy glances, the tension now palpable. SARAH, taken aback by PETER's sharp rebuke, stands her ground, her expression turning cold.] SARAH BENSON: (quietly forceful) Questioning and ensuring accuracy is part of my job, Peter. Don't take your bad day out on me. We're on the same side here, remember? [PETER pauses, the harshness of his own words setting in, visibly struggling between his frustration and the realization that he might have crossed a line.] PETER STONE: (voice softer, yet strained) I know. I'm sorry, Sarah. It's just... today's witness lineup is crucial, and I'm feeling the pressure. SARAH BENSON: (slightly softening but still guarded) We all are. Let's just get through today. Together. [They share a brief, understanding look before joining the rest of the team to enter the courtroom, the dynamic between them shifted yet again, a complex blend of professional respect and personal tumult.] [Inside the courtroom, the day proceeds with its highs and lows. PETER's interactions are curt, his focus laser-sharp on the witnesses and the opposition. SARAH, maintaining her professionalism, works silently in the background, her earlier warmth replaced with an efficient coolness.] [As the day draws to a close, the trial taking its toll on all involved, the camera captures PETER and SARAH exchanging a weary glance. Words are unnecessary; both are acutely aware that their earlier exchange, coupled with the day's stress, has left an unresolved tension hanging between them.] [The trial's outcome remains uncertain, mirroring the unresolved personal conflict between PETER and SARAH, setting the stage for the unfolding drama ahead.] [FADE OUT]

Write the next scene, the day in court was not good. At the end of the day Peter and Sarah have a killer argument.
