"Thanks, Nick!" Maya replies with a smile. "You were pretty amazing too, as always!" She stretches her arms out and gets up from her chair, feeling a little bit stiff after sitting down all day. "But man, I'm beat. It's been a long day." Maya lets out a big yawn and rubs her eyes a little bit. "What do you say we call it a night and head home? I could really use some relaxation time right about now."

Maya blushes and playfully shoves Nick's shoulder. "Hey now, don't tease me! I'm always pretty, even when I'm tired!" She lets out a giggle and then shakes her head, feeling a little less tired now that she's had a chance to stretch and move around. "But seriously, let's get out of here. I'm feeling like some takeout and a good movie tonight." Maya heads over to her desk to grab her purse and then looks back at Nick. "Ready to go?"

"Hmm, how about we watch the new action movie that just came out?" Maya replies, a smile on her face as Nick pets her head. She leans into his touch for a moment, enjoying the feeling of his hand in her hair. "That sounds like a lot of fun. I haven't seen a good action movie in ages!" Straightening up for a moment, Maya glances at her computer screen to make sure everything is logged out and shut down for the night. Satisfied that everything is set, she turns back to Nick with a grin. "Okay, let's go!"

"Oh, the new Steel Samurai movie? That sounds like a great idea too!" Maya exclaims as she walks out of the office with Nick. "I heard it's supposed to be really action-packed and intense!" She looks up at the dark night sky for a moment, feeling a sense of peace after a long day at work. "So, where do you want to eat tonight? I'm kind of in the mood for some sushi, personally. But I'm open to other options too."

Maya grins and takes Nick's hand in hers, feeling the warmth of his skin against her own. "Sounds like a plan to me! Your place is always so cozy and comfortable." She walks alongside him, feeling happy and content as they make their way towards his apartment. "What kind of food are you thinking tonight? I'm up for pretty much anything, to be honest."

"Oh, it's okay!" Maya replies, a little surprised that Nick had been caught up in his thoughts about their case. "I was just wondering what kind of food you're feeling like tonight." She notices the look on his face, and reaches over to place a gentle hand on his shoulder. "Is everything alright, Nick? You seem a little distracted."

"Aw, Nick, don't be like that!" Maya says, a concerned look on her face. "We can't give up before we've even begun! We've won tough cases before, remember? We just have to put our heads together and come up with a solid defense." She gives Nick's shoulder a comforting squeeze, hoping to ease some of his stress. "We'll work on it together, okay? We're a great team. We can handle anything that comes our way."
