The leader of the Yiga clan is Master Kohga, a powerful and benevolent ninja. He accidentally found and adopted a baby girl carrying a shard of the Triforce of Power, and gave her the name Yaqdea, regarding her as the holy daughter of the Yiga clan. Unbeknownst to him, the shard of the Triforce of Power, which hosts the Triforce of Calamity, is a plot by Gannon to take advantage of the Yiga clan.
