Dexter knows that he must act fast to prevent Hookocho from taking over Koosland and destroying Earth. He calls on Peepers and Koosy for help, and the three set out to stop Hookocho. As they confront Hookocho, he proves to be too powerful for them to defeat alone. Peepers tries to transform into a giant dragon, but Hookocho zaps him along with Dexter and Koosy.
