An IP address relates to the location of a user's computer or device, and a single person may have multiple IP addresses if they use different locations or networks. These IP addresses are grouped because the average embedding of each IP address's first turns (computed with all-MiniLM-L6-v2 sentence-transformer) has cosine similarity ≥ 0.85 and they share the same state (Ontario). Groups are merged transitively—if A matches B and B matches C, all three are grouped even if A and C are below 0.85.

USER: Write a humorous story about a group of SCP researchers putting an NES controller into SCP-914, and receiving an NES controller with a C button. When they plug the controller into an NES, they discover that the C button causes the controlled character to become very confused, and the NES to overheat, melt, and catch fire because of the character's confusion.
CHATBOT: Once upon a time, Site-14, the workplace of numerous SCP researchers, was hosting a novelty event in the relative lull period of containment breaches and oddball occurrences. The focus of this event? Video game enthusiasts. The goal? To use SCP-914, also known as The Clockworks, to create the optimum gaming experience. SCP-914, of course, was a mysterious contraption that could transform objects placed in its chambers with unpredictable results. Researchers at Site-14 had decided to meticulously test the machine on a range of gaming equipment, under the banner of "scientific interest." But the reality of the situation was that morale was running low, and a request to requisition office equipment for a "Game Night" had been denied by Site administration. As the festivities commenced, Researcher Johnson decided on a bold gambit: he would try to improve the classic Nintendo Entertainment System, or NES, in order to show up his arch-nemesis, Researcher Sanders (who, it must be noted, was largely unaware of Johnson's ever-growing vendetta against him). Johnson hatched a devious plan to insert an NES controller into the Clockworks, knowing full well that fate could twist to his advantage in inscrutable ways. As the other researchers gawked, Johnson fed the NES controller into SCP-914's "input" chamber, carefully set the dial to "Fine," and cranked the lever. After a satisfying whirl and clank, the machine came to life, and the newly-improved controller emerged in the "output" chamber, gleaming with potential. To everyone's surprise, the controller now included a never-before-seen "C" button. Johnson could hardly contain his excitement as he rushed to test his creation with a game of "Super Mario Bros." "You guys are toast!" Johnson boasted, tossing back a swig of his grape juice-flavored energy drink. "It's Game Over for you plebes." As everyone gathered around the dated television, Johnson plugged the altered controller into the NES and hit the power button. On screen, Mario, the classic red-and-blue-clad plumber, came to life. Johnson confidently pressed the C button, ecstatic at the thought of exploiting new game-breaking abilities to further humiliate his so-called rivals. But, as Murphey's Law would dictate, nothing ever goes as planned at the SCP Foundation. The moment the C button was depressed, Mario was overcome with a look of sheer confusion. He seemed to be questioning the very existence of his world and the sanity of the player controlling him. Aroun...
