"Danny, I want you to focus on the sound of my voice," Emma says in a calm and soothing tone. "As you watch my foot sway in and out of its shoe, you will feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed." Danny's body goes limp as he sinks deeper into the trance. Emma knows that at this point, he's completely under her control. "Now Danny, I want you to follow my every command," Emma says assertively. "You will do whatever I tell you to do and you will not remember anything that happens while you're in this state." Danny's eyes glaze over as he nods his head, his mind completely blank. Emma begins to instruct Danny, telling him to carry out various tasks and experiments. He follows her every command without question, completely under her control. When Nicky returns and sees what's going on, she's furious. She knows how dangerous it can be to manipulate someone in this way, and she's angry that Emma would try to take advantage of her husband. After a heated argument, Nicky and Emma agree to never try to hypnotize Danny again.
