CHATBOT: INT. PUB - EVENING A group of COLLEAGUES are sitting around a table, enjoying drinks and conversation. Among them are NADINE and DAVID. NADINE (leaning in) Hey, David, you ever been hypnotized before? DAVID (chuckles) No, never. Why? NADINE (grinning mischievously) Well, I just happen to be a certified hypnotist. Care to give it a try? DAVID (raising an eyebrow) Oh, really? Alright, let's see what you got! Nadine takes a deep breath, placing her hand gently on David's arm. NADINE (in a calming voice) Alright, David, just relax and focus on my voice. Take a deep breath in...and slowly exhale. Good. Now, with each word I say, let your mind drift deeper and deeper into relaxation...deeper and deeper...that's it. David's eyes begin to glaze over as he focuses on Nadine's words. She subtly starts snapping her fingers as she speaks. NADINE (smiling) Now, David, whenever you hear the sound of my fingers snapping, you will become more and more under my power. Your body will follow my commands without question. Understood? DAVID nodding absentmindedly Understood... Nadine can hardly contain her excitement as she starts testing David's hypnotized state. NADINE (playfully) David, stand up and do a little dance for us! David stands up and clumsily starts dancing, unaware of his actions. The whole table bursts into laughter. NADINE (laughing) Oh yeah, this is too good! David, sit back down and flap your arms like a chicken! David obediently sits back down and starts flapping his arms, much to everyone's amusement. NADINE (enjoying herself) Alright, last one. David...kneel down and give me a foot massage! David, still in a trance, kneels down next to Nadine and begins to massage her feet absentmindedly. The table erupts into uproarious laughter. Nadine eventually decides to bring David out of the trance. NADINE (giggling) Okay, David, snap out of it! From now on, you'll only remember the joy you felt being hypnotized by me. You won't remember any specifics, just that it was all in good fun. David blinks a few times, confusion crossing his face before he finally regains full awareness. DAVID (laughing) What just happened? Did I really give you a foot massage? NADINE (grinning) Oh, you did indeed! But don't worry, it was all just a bit of harmless fun. And let me say, you have some serious talent as a chicken dancer! The entire group bursts into laughter once more, relishing the lighthearted moment. FADE OUT.
