However, the vault can only be accessed by the CEO--or, more precisely, by the android replicants designed to act in their stead. Adventure Hooks: 1. **Desperate Need**: The community's defenses are failing, and without an upgrade, they will not survive another raider attack or mutant onslaught. The technology inside the vault could save them. 2. **Rival Scavengers**: Another group of scavengers has caught wind of the tower's treasures and is planning their own expedition.
