CHATBOT: Chapter 1: An Unexpected Proposal "Octavia, darling, would you mind coming to the living room for a moment? I have a surprise for you!" Stella Goetia called out from the lavish sofa in the Goetia family mansion, sipping her wine as she awaited her daughter's arrival. The 20-year-old avian demon, Octavia, slowly emerged from her room, her lanky gray-feathered frame expressing curiosity and annoyance in equal measures. "What is it, Mom?" she asked, her pink-cheeked face scowling slightly. "If this is another one of your ridiculous parties, I'm not interested." Stella looked her daughter over, her red eyes narrowing slightly. "No, it's not a party, sweetheart," she assured Octavia, her tone taking on a saccharine quality. "I find it important that you spend some time getting to know your family a little better, especially since you've grown into such a lovely young woman." Octavia sighed, her impatience apparent in her tone. "Fine, I'll bite. Who am I supposed to meet this time?" To her surprise, Stella retrieved a small crystal ball from her pocket, the swirling red mist within it taking the form of a tall, owl-like creature with long, black feathers and glowing red eyes. The elder avian demon beamed at the mother and daughter as it leaned in close to the glass surface. "Meet your grandfather, Paimon!" Stella introduced him proudly. "Pleasure to meet you, my dear Octavia," Paimon said, his deep, honeyed voice emitting a strange allure. "I've heard much about you, and I must say, you have become quite the enchanting young lady." Octavia could feel her cheeks flush as she bowed her head slightly in return. "Thank you, Grandfather." Stella glanced between the two with a calculating expression, her lips drawn into a sly grin. "Octavia, Paimon and I have been discussing...arrangements, recently. And well, he'd like to have you as his new bride." Octavia's eyes widened, her entire face turning a deep shade of pink. "B-Bride?! Mother, he's my grandfather! That's absolutely revolting!" Paimon, however, didn't seem phased by her reaction in the slightest. He looked at her intently, his eyes communicating a desire that seemed almost...primal. "Oh, my dear Octavia," he purred, "you needn't be so apprehensive. Can you not see the benefits of marrying such a powerful figure as myself?" "What benefits?" Octavia ground out, her anger sparking through the haze of embarrassment. "I don't even know you!" Stella stepped in once more, her voice placating. "Just think, Octavia. ...
