This caused structural damage to the walls and a misshapen door frame, which allowed the instances to slip through the gap before the containment cell could be resealed. Twelve (12) Site-## security personnel responded to the containment breach, locating the escaped instances of SCP-XXX within 45 minutes. The instances were apprehended without incident and returned to their containment cell. Subsequent investigation uncovered the following key factors: 1. The containment cell's padded walls and floor, designed to minimize damage from accidental collisions, were insufficient to absorb the forces exerted by the six SCP-XXX instances in a coordinated manner. 2. The reaction time of Site-## personnel was adequate to contain the situation, but failed to prevent the initial escape. Recommended Actions: 1. Reinforce the containment cell walls and door with additional padding and structural reinforcement, as well as adding exterior surveillance to monitor potential escape efforts. 2. Increase the frequency of monitoring and observation of SCP-XXX instances to more closely study their behavior and attempt to determine how such coordinated efforts are achieved without any known means of communication. 3. Develop and implement a containment breach drill specific to SCP-XXX to ensure Site-## personnel are well-prepared and coordinated in the event of future breaches. This incident report has been filed and submitted to Site-## administration for review and approval of recommended actions.
