He liked machines growing up. He made several machines before 1980. He liked the idea of a screen. He decided to put many LED lights together to make a display in 1982. It already been made better, but Sandcook was still very curious. He graduated from high school in 1986. He decided to use color lights and use electricity and wires to make a kind of calculator.
