He also uses high-tech gadgets and equipment, such as a grappling hook and smoke bombs, to aid him in his missions. The Green Guardian doesn't kill his targets but rather, apprehends them and turns them over to the authorities. Despite his efforts to keep his identity a secret, rumors of the Green Guardian begin to spread throughout the city. Many people begin to see him as a symbol of hope and justice, and they refer to him as the "Emerald Avenger". However, not everyone is happy with the Green Guardian's presence as some see him as a vigilante who is taking the law into his own hands. The city's police force and the local government officials particularly view him as a threat, and they begin to work towards capturing him.
