These IP addresses are grouped because they each submitted a fiction prompt longer than 30 characters that ended up in the same DBSCAN cluster—meaning the prompts are near-duplicates—from the same state (Saxony). Groups are merged transitively—if A and B share a near-duplicate prompt cluster, and B and C share another, all three are grouped even if A and C never shared a prompt directly.

No longer did they burn the ground, No more smells and filth to be found, Thanks to the advent of the diaper, The dragon kingdom was now much brighter. So, in this land of fire and scales, Where the dragons roam and wail, Things were peaceful and more refined, And that was all thanks to that wise traveler's mind.
