TAXI - NIGHT Barba and Sarah sit in the backseat, Sarah's energy unfazed by her brief protest to leave. She turns to Barba, her intentions clear despite her slurred speech and clumsiness. SARAH (laughingly) Why so far away, handsome? I won't bite. She leans toward Barba, attempting to close the distance between them with intention to kiss him. Barba, caught between concern and professionalism, gently but firmly keeps her at bay. BARBA (calm but firm) Sarah, you're not thinking clearly. Let's just make sure you get home safely, okay? SARAH (feigning heartbreak) What? You think I'm unattractive? Is that it? She pouts exaggeratedly, a hand dramatically placed over her heart. BARBA (amused but resolute) That couldn't be further from the truth, Sarah. You're a beautiful, intelligent woman. But you're also very drunk and, more importantly, you see me as a mentor.
