Takeshi is a proud warrior, and although he doesn't always agree with Athanasius' methods, he knows that the mission is far too important to ignore. You'll also encounter Vampire Dariana. Once a proud member of the Twilight Court - a powerful group of dark elves who seek to control the world - she now lives on the fringes of vampire society, using her skills as a tracker to help travelers navigate the wilds of the Plateau. Dariana is willing to help you on your journey, but be warned - her loyalty is fickle, and she has her own agenda to pursue. And then there are the factions that make up the world of the Celestial Plateau. The Twilight Court, led by their ruthless queen, seeks to control the world using dark magic and fear. They are your primary enemies, and you'll encounter many of their minions along the way. But they are not the only ones with power in this world - the Circle of the Shimmering Elements holds the key to maintaining the balance of the Plateau. They are a group of Elementalists who use their magic to keep the world in harmony, and they are your main allies in your quest. All of these inhabitants and factions live in a world filled with wonder and secrets. The Celestial Plateau is home to many wonders, but it also has its secrets, and one of these secrets is the forbidden knowledge of the world.
