(Naruto and Sakura stare in shock, unable to comprehend what they're seeing.) Naruto: (Narrows eyes) Ino, Shikamaru, what's going on? Ino: (Smirks, provocatively) What's going on? Oh, you mean our little scheme? I guess you could say we've been playing you all... Sakura: (Angry) Ino, Shikamaru, how could you join the Akatsuki? Ino: (Mocking tone) Oh, how cute... You think this was a mistake. But you see, it was all part of our plan. (Ino slowly moves closer to Shikamaru, her eyes never leaving her former friends.) Shikamaru: (Nods) Everything went just as we predicted. Too bad for you, it's now too late to stop us. (Suddenly, Ino is right beside Shikamaru, wrapping her arms around him.) Ino: (Passionately) My love, you're truly the most intelligent man alive... You even had them fooled all this time. Shikamaru: (Softening only for Ino) And you, my dear, made it all possible with your beguiling charm and manipulation. (As they lock eyes, sharing a passionate kiss, the rest of the group comes to terms with their shock.) Naruto: (Determined) Whatever your plans are, we're going to stop you! Ino: (Breaking away from the kiss, smirking) Oh, Naruto... You're so amusing. But you have no idea what you're up against. Shikamaru: (Coldly) And you won't get anywhere near Ino without going through me first. Ino: Likewise for my beloved Shikamaru. But please, do try your best - we've been waiting for some entertainment. (Naruto and Sakura stare at one another, their resolve strengthened, as they prepare to face off against their former friends now turned formidable opponents.) (Naruto and Sakura exchange a look of determination, strangely confident despite their current predicament.) Naruto: (Whispers) Sakura, I think I know how we can break through their defenses. Sakura: (Nods) Alright, Naruto. Let's give it our best shot. (Naruto and Sakura leap into action, seemingly ready to launch a new attack. Ino prepares to counter, but Shikamaru notices a change in their patterns.) Shikamaru: (Frowning) Careful, Ino. They're up to something. (Ino smirks, fully confident in their abilities to handle their former teammates' next tactics.) Ino: (Draws closer to Shikamaru) Don't worry, my love. We'll keep each other safe. (Just then, Naruto and Sakura split apart, converging from opposite directions towards Ino and Shikamaru.) Naruto: (Yelling) Sakura, now! (Realizing their strategy, Sakura dives towards Ino, while Naruto targets Shikamaru. Ino panics and instinctively jumps in front of Shikamaru to protect him.) Ino: (Desperate cry) Shikamaru! Shikamaru: (Furrows his eyebrows) Ino! (At the last moment, Naruto and Sakura pull their punches, just as Ino and Shikamaru do the same. The former friends find themselves face-to-face, staring each other down.) Sakura: (Tearfully) Ino, if there's even a bit of the old you left, please remember that we were like sisters once. Naruto: (Clenching his fists) Shikamaru, help us understand why you chose this path. (The old memories seem to haunt Ino and Shikamaru's faces, their expressions wavering in intensity.)
