BOVA is in hiding now, claiming that both the police and the politicians want to liquidate him at the behest of his top level political contractors, who are the ones who sent him to commit the triple murder. He further claims that the politicians who want him gone have sent after him an ex-guerrilla hit man - whom BOVA has given the epithet, "Ikati Eli Mnyama". A group of three documentary filmmakers, through their reliable sources, find his hideout and want to do a documentary film on him. It turns out to be a filming of his last days as BOVA tries to be one step ahead of the ex-guerrilla hit man. What the filmmakers show us becomes intriguing as we wonder whether BOVA is merely a delusional petty criminal with bloated conspiracy theories or whether this whole journey will reveal deep-rooted corruption at the highest level of government.
