They sit up, disoriented at first, until they lock eyes and let out an ear-piercing scream. They scramble to their feet, realize something is off, and quickly survey their surroundings. TOMO (SAKAKI'S BODY) (looking at herself) No way! Is this... am I Sakaki?! SAKAKI (TOMO'S BODY) (stuttering) Th-This... I'm in Tomo's body? How... They exchange frightened glances, both realizing the gravity of the situation. But instead of panicking further, curiosity takes hold, and they decide to make the most of it. EXT. SCHOOL GROUNDS - MORNING Tomo, now in Sakaki's body, nervously pets a stray cat that approaches her. She realizes Sakaki's unspoken adoration for these animals and truly understands the depth of her friend's love. SAKAKI (TOMO'S BODY) (standing up straight) Wow, people don't bump into me anymore.
