For a moment, I thought he had passed away. But then he spoke again, with a voice barely above a whisper. "Goodbye, Sayori. I...love you." Those were the last words he ever said to me. And as I looked down at the papers on my desk again, I knew that I had to honor his memory, in the best way I knew how. By being there for Umbris, and raising our child with the same kind of love and kindness that MC had shown me, all those years ago.
USER: (As I sat by the hospital bed, I couldn't believe what was happening. MC, my childhood friend, was dying. Ever since he got in that accident, I was praying that he would be okay. And then, I took one last look at me, and the child that me and Umbris were going to have.) MC: "Sayori...I hope that you and Umbris become the best parents ever. Kohana would be proud of you, and...tell my little sister Himari that I'll miss her."
CHATBOT: Tears were streaming down my face as I held MC's hand tightly. "I promise, MC. We'll take care of our child and make sure they know about Kohana and how much you loved them both." I took a deep breath, trying to hold back sobs. "And I'll make sure to tell Himari that you loved her too. She'll miss you so much." MC weakly smiled at me. "Thank you, Sayori. You've always been such a good friend. I'm so glad we got to know each other all those years ago." He paused for a moment, his breathing becoming shallower. "And Umbris...take care of him for me, will you?" My heart shattered as I realized that MC was slipping away from me. "I will, MC. I promise." I leaned in to give him a gentle kiss on the forehead, feeling the warmth leave his body. I stayed by his side for a while longer, crying and saying goodbye to my dear friend. It was hard to imagine a world without him in it. But I knew that I had to be strong for our child and for Umbris. We would get through this together.

Our child would know about the amazing friend and person that MC was, and we would make sure to honor his memory every day.

MC...he passed away." All three of them were shocked. Yuri covered her mouth, and Natsuki's eyes teared up. Monika: "I'm so sorry, Sayori. How are you holding up?" Sayori: "I'm trying to be strong. It's just hard. But we have to keep the club going, for MC's memory and for each other." Natsuki nodded, and Yuri wiped away her tears. Yuri: "Yes, Sayori. We'll be here for you, no matter what happens." And with that, we resumed our club activities. It wasn't the same without MC's presence, but we knew that he would want us to keep going. As we read and wrote poetry, I couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort and belonging. These girls were my friends, and I knew that they would always be there for me.

Kohana: "Me too! I want to make sure MC's memory lives on." Sayori: "Thank you, everyone. I know MC would be so proud of us for doing this. Let's make it the best event ever." (As we continued to plan and organize the event, I knew that MC would be watching over us. His memory would continue to inspire us to do good and make a difference in the world. And as I felt a small contraction, I smiled, knowing that MC's legacy would live on through our child and the love we shared for him.)
