USER: (David's friend Jeannette sometimes uses hypnosis on him) Jeannette has brought David round to her mum's house with her so he can do her mum's housework for her, and anything else her mum might want him to do. David is a fairly docile guy and is willing to do whatever Jeannette wants. In a hypnotized trance, he knocks, and Jeannette's mum opens the door in her bare feet. Jeannette explains.

CHATBOT: "Hi, Mum! I brought David over to help you with some housework. He's under my hypnosis, so he's really eager to help out and do whatever you need him to do. Is there anything specific you'd like him to start with?"

CHATBOT: Jeannette's mum looks surprised but then smiles. "Well, that's certainly helpful. Thank you, Jeannette, and hello David. I could use some help dusting the living room and vacuuming the carpets. Would that be okay?" David nods obediently. "Yes, whatever you need, ma'am." Jeannette's mum leads David to the living room and gives him the cleaning supplies. Jeannette stays to chat with her mum while David starts the housework. As he cleans, he remains in his trance-like state, obediently following any instructions Jeannette's mum gives him. After a while, Jeannette's mum is impressed. "He's doing such a great job, Jeannette! You're a very talented hypnotist." Jeannette smiles proudly. "Thank you, Mum. It's just a little trick I learned." Eventually, David finishes all the housework and Jeannette snaps him out of his trance. He blinks a few times, looking confused. "What happened? Why am I holding a duster?" Jeannette laughs. "You just helped my mum out with some housework, silly. Don't you remember?" David shakes his head. "No, not really. Was I asleep or something?" Jeannette's mum comes over and pats David's arm. "You were under Jeannette's hypnosis, dear. You did a great job, thank you so much." David looks a bit embarrassed but pleased with himself. "Oh, okay. Glad I could help, Mrs. Smith." Jeannette and her mum exchange a knowing smile, happy with how things turned out.
