YOSUKE (leaning against the wall, smirking) Look at the fresh meat. Hey, Yu, you gonna be able to handle our school? YU (flexing his muscles) I don't think your weak ass can handle *me*. KANJI (laughing) This guy's got guts! CHIE (flipping her hair) Well, I guess he can be one of *us* now. Yukiko rolls her eyes and Naoto sighs, used to Chie's cliquey behavior. YU (approaching the group) So, what do you losers do for fun around here? KANJI (popping his knuckles) Whatever the hell we want, man. We run this town. YOSUKE (fist bumping Kanji) That's right. Basketball and bullying, baby! Rise blows a bubble and snaps her gum loudly, catching Yu's attention. RISE Like, why don't you join our team, Yu? You seem... cool enough. YU (smirking) Fine. But you better be able to keep up with me. Yosuke, Kanji, and Teddie exchange glances and nod, accepting Yu into their inner circle. LATER At basketball practice, Yu plays aggressively, impressing the team with his skills. YOSUKE (grinning) Guess we've got ourselves another star player. KANJI (laughing) Better watch out, Yu. We might have to start calling you "Kingpin". TEDDIE (smiling) Well, dude, looks like you're one of us now. YU (nodding) Just remember, losers. I don't take crap from anyone. AFTER SCHOOL Yu walks through the school hallways, laughing as he joins Yosuke, Kanji, and Teddie in their bullying antics. Chie, Yukiko, Naoto, and Rise observe from a distance, their expressions a mix of annoyance and curiosity. CHIE (smirking) Looks like we've got ourselves a new bad boy. YUKIKO (sighing) Just what this school needed. NAOTO (rolling her eyes) I'm sure he'll fit right in with the rest of them. RISE Like, super swoon-worthy, though. Chie raises an eyebrow and smirks as Rise watches Yu with interest.

INABA TOWN CENTER - NIGHT The group of friends, now including Yu, lurks in the shadows, watching a group of nerdy students studying at the tutoring center. YOSUKE (grinning) Alright, Yu. Time to show us what you got. Yu flexes his muscles and steps out of the shadows. YU (getting ready) Let's do this! As Yu confidently struts toward the nerdy students, Rise watches from a distance, her heart racing. RISE (whispering to Naoto) Like, isn't he just the coolest? NAOTO (smiling slightly) I suppose he has his moments. Chie rolls her eyes while watching the scene unfold, trying to suppress her growing interest in Yu. Together, the group successfully pulls off their prank, laughing at the expense of the nerdy students. As they regroup, Yu smirks, noticing Rise's admiring glance. YU (smocking) You like what you see, Rise? RISE (giggling) Like, maybe. You interested? Yu and Rise exchange playful glances, hinting at a possible romance. Chie's eyes narrow, jealousy simmering beneath the surface. CHIE: With Yu on our side now, no one stands a chance against us. (Suddenly, SAKI KONISHI, a shy girl walks by, accidentally bumping into Chie and knocking her cellphone from her hands.) CHIE: (angry) Watch where you're going, loser! SAKI: (nervously) I'm really sorry, Chie. YU: (chuckles) Aw, c'mon babe. She's not worth our time. RISE: (chewing gum) Like, seriously, she's so beneath us. (Chie glares at Saki, who quickly scurries away.) YUKIKO: Honestly, how does someone like her even survive here? NAOTO: Who knows?
