(I walked into the clubroom, ready to start a new day in the club. I can see Yuri, Sayori, and Monika - and they all had sad expressions on their faces.) Sayori: "Natsuki...you're not going to believe this. I-I-It's about MC." (My heart raced at the mention of MC's name. Even though I was Sayori's surrogate, I started to worry as to what happened to the only male member of our club.)

Natsuki: "What happened to him? Is he okay?" Yuri: "He...he's moving away. He got accepted into a prestigious university in another city, and he'll be leaving at the end of the week." I felt a lump form in my throat as Yuri spoke. MC was one of my closest friends, and it was hard to imagine our club without him. Monika: "We should do something for him, something to show him how much we'll miss him." Sayori: "Yes! Let's throw him a goodbye party!" Yuri: "I could bake him a cake." Natsuki: "And I'll make cupcakes. We can decorate them with little graduation caps." Monika: "That sounds perfect. Let's get to work, everyone. We don't have much time." As we worked together to plan the perfect goodbye party for MC, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the friends I've made in the literature club. We may have our differences, but we all shared a love for literature and a bond that could never be broken. And even though MC was leaving us, I knew that he would always be a part of our club.
