In this cheeky script, Danny doesn't realize that whenever someone snaps their fingers, he zones out for a few moments, in a kind of mini-trance. His younger sister Ruth does notice, and experiments with a series of rapid finger snaps, which literally hypnotize him. Later, as the family watch tv, Danny ends up dazedly rubbing her feet for her.

(Danny shrugs it off and tries to refocus on the TV, but Ruth can't resist one last time.) Ruth: (whispering, snapping her fingers) Danny, go rub my feet. (Danny's eyes glaze over, and he stands up slowly.) Danny: (robotically) Yes, Ruth. I will rub your feet. (Mom and Dad burst into laughter as Danny obediently begins to massage Ruth's feet.) Mom: Ruth, you are something else! Dad: Nice one, Ruth! That's some impressive hypnosis. Ruth: (grinning) Thanks, guys! Now that I have my very own foot massager, I may never let him snap back to reality. (They all laugh together, enjoying the silly moment as the TV show continues in the background.) - The End -
