(In the school literature clubroom...) Monika: "Sayori, MC, are you excited for the festival tomorrow?" Sayori: "Oh, you bet I am! The festival is always one of the highlights of the year for me. The literature club is going to have the best booth, I just know it!" MC: "Yeah, definitely. I've been looking forward to it. It's going to be a great opportunity to showcase the club's hard work." Sayori: (putting a hand on her belly) "Oh, and guess who else is excited?" Monika: (smiling) "You're excited too, Sayori?" Sayori: (giggling) "No, silly! The little one in here!" (gently rubbing her baby bump) MC: "That's right! Sayori and I are expecting a baby! She's currently in her third trimester." Monika: (gasping) "Oh my goodness, that's amazing news! Congratulations, you two! I can't believe I'm going to be an auntie!" Sayori: (blushing) "Thank you, Monika. We're really happy about it." MC: "Yeah, it's been quite the journey so far. We've been preparing and getting everything ready for the baby's arrival." Monika: "I'm sure you both will make incredible parents. The literature club will definitely miss you while you're on maternity leave, Sayori." Sayori: "Oh, don't worry, Monika. I'll make sure to stay involved and help out however I can. The club means so much to me." (Just then, the door opens and Natsuki and Yuri walk in.) Natsuki: "Hey guys, what's all the commotion about?" Yuri: "Yeah, we heard Monika's gasp from outside. Is everything alright?" Sayori: (beaming) "Everything's more than alright! MC and I are expecting a baby!" Natsuki: (jaw dropping) "No way! That's incredible! Congratulations, you two!" Yuri: (smiling warmly) "Congratulations indeed. This is wonderful news. I'm so happy for you both." Monika: "Thank you, Natsuki and Yuri. We appreciate your kind words." MC: "We're really excited about this new chapter in our lives. It's going to be an adventure." Natsuki: "I can't even imagine what it must feel like to have a baby on the way. It's a big responsibility." Yuri: "Yes, but I'm sure Sayori and MC will handle it with grace and love. They both have such caring hearts." (The next day, during the festival's peak...) Sayori: "Um...g-g-guys?" Monika: "Yes, Sayori? Is everything okay?" Sayori: "I-I think it's time... my water just broke." MC: "Oh my goodness! It's happening!" Natsuki: "I can time the contractions! call an ambulance!" Yuri: "I'll make sure to gather our things and help you get to the hospital, Sayori." Monika: "Stay calm, Sayori. Everything is going to be okay. We're here for you." (Moments later, the ambulance arrives at the school and Sayori is transported to the hospital.) MC: (holding Sayori's hand) "You're doing amazing, Sayori. Just breathe and keep pushing." Sayori: (squeezing MC's hand) "I-I'm trying, MC. I'm so scared, but I want to meet our baby." (The room is filled with anticipation as the sound of a baby's cry fills the air.) Doctor: "Congratulations, it's a healthy baby girl!" Sayori: (teary-eyed) "She's finally here... our little bundle of joy." MC: (overwhelmed with emotion) "She's perfect, just like her mom." (Back at the school, a few weeks later...) Monika: "So how's life as parents treating you, MC, Sayori?" Sayori: "It's been a whirlwind, but we're loving every moment of it. Our baby girl is the light of our lives." MC: "Yeah, it's definitely a balancing act, but seeing that smile on her face makes it all worth it." Natsuki: "I'm glad to hear that. Being a parent sounds challenging, but also incredibly rewarding." Yuri: "Indeed, it's a beautiful journey filled with love and growth." Monika: "Well, the literature club is here for you both, as always. We'll continue to support you in any way we can." Sayori: "Thank you, Monika. We appreciate your support more than words can express." MC: "Having the literature club as our family means a lot to us. We're lucky to have all of you." (And so, the literature club continued to thrive, as they welcomed a new member into their ranks - a precious baby girl. Together, they shared the joys and challenges of parenthood, while nurturing their love for literature and each other.)
