Malzeno: "GAH! Can't I just get a minute of peace without some hunters bothering me?!" Lunagaron: "Same. And I just want to be with my girlfriend again." Garangolm: "I heard that Magnamalo is getting married to Somnacanth tomorrow." Malzeno: "Wait, what?"
CHATBOT
Lunagaron: "Really? That's interesting. I didn't know they were a thing." Garangolm: "Yeah, I heard they've been dating for a while now. It's kind of cute, actually." Malzeno: "Huh, who would have thought. I guess even monsters can find love." Lunagaron: "Well, I'm happy for them. Maybe someday I'll find someone too." Garangolm: "Same here. But for now, let's focus on avoiding those pesky hunters."

5 moths after Somnacanth and Magnamalo were married, the three lords headed back the Citadel. Malzeno: "So...Lunagaron..." Lunagaron: "Yeah?" Malzeno: "Who the hell are you dating?" Lunagaron: "Oh. Her name is Natsuki." Malzeno: "...you're dating...a human?" Lunagaron: "Yep." Malzeno: "You do realize we have rules here, right?!" Lunagaron: "Malzeno, I don't know what the hell you're talking about. Let alone the fact that Magnamalo and Somnacanth are expecting their first child!" Garangolm: "Wait, Somnacanth's pregnant?!" Lunagaron: "Yeah! She just told me that her baby is going to be a hybrid of her and Magnamalo!"
CHATBOT
Malzeno: "That's...interesting. I didn't know hybrid babies were possible between different species of monsters." Garangolm: "Well, it just goes to show that anything is possible when it comes to love." Lunagaron: "Exactly. And speaking of love, I don't see what the problem is with me dating a human. Natsuki and I love each other, and that's all that matters." Malzeno: "But it goes against our laws and traditions. Humans are supposed to be our prey, not our partners." Lunagaron: "That may have been the case in the past, but times are changing. The world is evolving, and so should we." Garangolm: "Lunagaron has a point. Maybe it's time for us to reconsider our views on humans." Malzeno: "I...I suppose you're right. Perhaps it's time for me to open my mind and embrace change." Lunagaron: "I'm glad to hear that, Malzeno. Maybe someday, all monsters and humans can coexist peacefully." Garangolm: "A noble goal indeed. Let's work towards making it a reality."

Malzeno: "Lunagaron, we need to talk." Lunagaron: "What?" Malzeno: "Garangolm and I have made a decision." Lunagaron: "What is it? Is it a fresh new toy to play with? A new computer?!" Malzeno: "No. We're banning from ever coming to the Citadel again, Lunagaron."

Lunagaron: "Wait, what?! Why? What did I do?" Garangolm: "It's not what you did. It's who you're dating. We've received numerous complaints from other monsters who are uncomfortable with your relationship with a human." Malzeno: "It's against our laws and traditions. And it's causing too much controversy and division among our kind." Lunagaron: "But...I love Natsuki. I can't just abandon her." Garangolm: "We're not asking you to abandon her. You can still continue your relationship with her. Just do it away from the Citadel and our kind." Malzeno: "It's for the best, Lunagaron. We hope you understand." Lunagaron: "I...I don't know what to say. I never thought my love for a human would lead to this." Garangolm: "We know it's not easy, but it's for the greater good of our society. We hope you can respect that." Malzeno: "Now, if you'll excuse us, Lunagaron. We have some important matters to attend to." Lunagaron: "Yeah...sure. I'll just...leave." (As Lunagaron walks away, a deep feeling of loneliness and sadness begins to take hold of him.)

Lunagaron: "I can't believe that Malzeno and Garangolm kicked me out! I really need something to do..." Lunagaron spots a nearby building. Lunagaron: "Sweet! Now I can enjoy a moment to myself!" Inside the building, Lunagaron sits at a desk - then notices a strange, red book sitting beside him. Lunagaron: "Hey! There's something to read here!" Lunagaron starts reading the book. Lunagaron: "Hmmm...I wonder what's at the last page-" Somebody takes the book away from Lunagaron. Lunagaron: "THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?!" ???: "I can't let you have Portrait of Markov, nor do want anyone to read the last page. But...my, my...your claws could be an excellent addition to my knife collection!" Lunagaron reveals his claws. Lunagaron: "Get away from me, you freak!" Lunagaron slashes at the mysterious person, ultimately gouging out one of the person's eyes and cutting off most of the person's long purple hair. ???: "AAAH! MY EYE!!!" Just then, Natsuki enters the room with another mysterious person - except this one had brown hair and emerald green eyes. Natsuki: "Monika, I think Yuri went this way- OH MY GOD! Yuri, what happened to you!?" Blood comes out of where Yuri's eye used to be.

Monika: "Oh no, what happened here?" Lunagaron: "I...I didn't mean to...they attacked me first!" Natsuki: "Who attacked you, Lunagaron? Was it that person?" Lunagaron: "Yeah, they tried to take this book away from me...Portrait of Markov, they called it." Monika: "I see. Well, we need to get Yuri some medical attention. But first, Lunagaron, we need to know who you are and what you're doing here." Lunagaron: "I'm...I'm just a monster who got kicked out from the Citadel." Natsuki: "A monster? You mean like...a real monster?" Lunagaron: "Yes. I'm a Lunagaron." Monika: "Fascinating. I've never met a monster before. But regardless, we can't just let you roam around freely after what you did to Yuri." Natsuki: "But...he didn't do it on purpose. Maybe we can talk to him and figure something out." Lunagaron: "I'm sorry for what I did. But I was just defending myself. I didn't mean to hurt anyone." Monika: "We'll see what we can do. But for now, let's get Yuri to the hospital." Natsuki: "Yeah. And Lunagaron, please don't try anything else." Lunagaron: "I won't. I promise."

8 months later, at Magnamalo's house, Somnacnath starts to feel cramps in her stomach. Somnacanth: "Magnamalo...I think something's wrong..." Magnamalo: "What is it, honey?" Somnacanth: "I...I don't know...it just happened..." Just then, a small puddle of water starts forming between Somnacanth's legs. Somnacnath: "AAAAAAGH!!!" Magnamalo: "Somnacanth! What's going on?!" Somnacanth: "My water just broke! The baby's coming!! And we don't even have a name for them yet!!!"
CHATBOT
Magnamalo: "Don't worry, Somnacanth. We'll figure it out. Just focus on breathing for now." Somnacanth: "Okay...okay...I can do this..." As Somnacanth struggles through the labor pains, Magnamalo helps her to a nearby bed. Magnamalo: "Just keep pushing, Somnacanth. You're doing great. I'm here for you, always." Somnacanth: "I...I can't...it hurts too much...I can't do this..." Magnamalo: "Yes, you can. You're strong and brave, and I believe in you. Just a few more pushes, and our baby will be here." Finally, after what seems like hours of grueling labor, Somnacanth gives one final push, and a tiny, scaly creature emerges from her body. Somnacanth: "Oh my...it's beautiful...our baby is finally here..." Magnamalo: "I can't believe it...we're parents now..." The baby lets out a high-pitched cry, and Somnacanth cradles it in her arms. Somnacanth: "What should we name them, Magnamalo?" Magnamalo: "How about...Hikaru? It means 'radiance' in Japanese, and they have a radiance to them that is truly special." Somnacanth: "I love it. Hikaru, our little radiance. Welcome to the world, my darling."
