(In the school literature clubroom...) Monika: "Natsuki, are you okay? You're covering your belly..." Natsuki: "Oh, it's nothing. I just have a bit of a stomachache, that's all. I'll be fine." Monika: "Are you sure? Maybe you should go to the nurse's office or something." Natsuki: "Nah, it's really not that bad. I think I just ate something that didn't agree with me. Besides, we have the club meeting and I don't want to miss out." Monika: "Well, if you're sure. Just let me know if it gets worse, okay?" Natsuki: "Thanks, Monika. I appreciate it." (Sayori enters the room, a concerned look on her face.) Sayori: "Natsuki, are you feeling okay? You look really pale." Natsuki: "I'm fine, Sayori. Just a little stomachache, no big deal." Sayori: "Are you sure? Maybe you should go see a doctor. I worry about you, you know?" Natsuki: "I appreciate the concern, Sayori, but it's really not necessary. I'll be fine after a bit of rest." (Sayori still looks worried, but nods reluctantly.) Sayori: "Alright, just promise me you'll take care of yourself, Natsuki." Natsuki: "I promise, Sayori. Now, let's focus on the club meeting. We have some poems to share, remember?" (All of a sudden, Natsuki's stomach grumbles.)

Natsuki: "Ugh, I guess I spoke too soon. Maybe I should go to the nurse's office after all." Monika: "That might be a good idea, Natsuki. We can handle the meeting without you for today." Sayori: "I'll go with you, Natsuki. Just to make sure you're okay." Natsuki: "Thanks, Sayori. You're a good friend." (As Natsuki and Sayori head towards the nurse's office, Monika takes charge of the meeting.) Monika: "Alright, since Natsuki won't be able to share her poem today, let's start with Yuri. Yuri, would you like to go first?" Yuri: "Of course, Monika. Thank you." (While the meeting continues, Natsuki and Sayori make their way to the nurse's office.) Nurse: "Hello, what seems to be the problem?" Natsuki: "I've been having a stomachache and it's getting worse. I thought it would go away, but it hasn't." Nurse: "I see. Let me take your temperature and see if there's anything else going on." (After checking Natsuki's temperature and asking a few more questions, the nurse diagnoses her with a stomach bug.) Nurse: "You'll need to rest for a while and drink plenty of fluids. I'll call your parents to let them know you'll be going home early." Sayori: "Can I stay with her until her parents arrive?" Nurse: "Of course, just make sure she gets the rest she needs." (Back in the clubroom...) Monika: "I hope Natsuki will be okay. Let's continue with the meeting and wish her a speedy recovery." (The rest of the meeting continues, with everyone expressing their concern for Natsuki.) (At home, Natsuki rests under a warm blanket with a glass of water by her side. Sayori sits next to her, keeping her company.) Sayori: "Feeling any better, Natsuki?" Natsuki: "A little, thanks to you, Sayori. I'm sorry for causing so much trouble." Sayori: "You didn't cause any trouble, Natsuki. We're friends, and friends take care of each other. Just focus on resting and getting better." Natsuki: "I will. And thank you, Sayori. I'm lucky to have you as a friend." (Sayori smiles warmly and the two friends spend the rest of the afternoon together, making sure Natsuki gets the rest she needs.)
