Malzeno: "GAH! Can't I just get a minute of peace without some hunters bothering me?!" Lunagaron: "Same. And I just want to be with my girlfriend again." Garangolm: "I heard that Magnamalo is getting married to Somnacanth tomorrow." Malzeno: "Wait, what?"

Lunagaron: "Yeah, they've been seeing each other for a while now. They're having a big ceremony tomorrow." Garangolm: "I heard there's going to be a huge feast too. I wish we could go." Malzeno: "I don't know if I want to be around that many hunters in one place. It sounds like a disaster waiting to happen." Lunagaron: "I agree, but it would be nice to witness such a big event. Maybe we could just watch from a distance." Garangolm: "Yeah, we could all hide in the bushes or something." Malzeno: "I don't think that's a good idea. Let's just stay away and let them have their day." Lunagaron: "Agreed. Let's go find somewhere peaceful to relax." The three monsters then wandered off in search of a tranquil spot, leaving the wedding preparations behind them.

5 moths after Somnacanth and Magnamalo were married, the three lords headed back the Citadel. Malzeno: "So...Lunagaron..." Lunagaron: "Yeah?" Malzeno: "Who the hell are you dating?" Lunagaron: "Oh. Her name is Natsuki." Malzeno: "...you're dating...a human?" Lunagaron: "Yep." Malzeno: "You do realize we have rules here, right?!" Lunagaron: "Malzeno, I don't know what the hell you're talking about. Let alone the fact that Magnamalo and Somnacanth are expecting their first child!" Garangolm: "Wait, Somnacanth's pregnant?!" Lunagaron: "Yeah! She just told me that her baby is going to be a hybrid of her and Magnamalo!"

Malzeno: "That's...interesting. But we still need to talk about your relationship with a human, Lunagaron." Lunagaron: "I don't see what the big deal is. She's a kind and loving person. Why should it matter that she's a human?" Malzeno: "Because it's against our laws! We're not supposed to interact with them!" Garangolm: "Malzeno, calm down. It's not like the world is going to end because Lunagaron is seeing a human." Lunagaron: "Thank you, Garangolm. And besides, I'm not the only one breaking the rules here." Malzeno: "What are you talking about?" Lunagaron: "You've been sneaking out of the Citadel to hunt on your own. That's against our laws too." Malzeno: "That's...different." Garangolm: "No, it's not. We all have our own ways of breaking the rules and living our own lives." Lunagaron: "Exactly. So let's drop this and focus on more important things. Like the new generation of monsters that will be born soon." Malzeno: "Fine. But we're still going to talk about your human girlfriend later." The three continued on their way towards the Citadel, ready to face whatever challenges and changes awaited them in the future.

Malzeno: "Lunagaron, we need to talk." Lunagaron: "What?" Malzeno: "Garangolm and I have made a decision." Lunagaron: "What is it? Is it a fresh new toy to play with? A new computer?!" Malzeno: "No. We're banning from ever coming to the Citadel again, Lunagaron."

Lunagaron: "What?! Why? What have I done?" Malzeno: "It's because of your relationship with a human. It goes against our laws and puts us all in danger." Lunagaron: "But I love her! She's kind and caring and-" Garangolm: "We know, Lunagaron. But you need to understand that our laws are in place for a reason. We can't risk exposing ourselves to humans." Lunagaron: "I... I don't know what to say. This feels so unfair." Malzeno: "It's not about fairness. It's about keeping our community safe." Lunagaron: "...I understand. But I'm still going to miss you guys." Garangolm: "We'll miss you too, Lunagaron. But we have to do what's best for everyone." The three monsters exchanged one last goodbye before Lunagaron left, feeling heartbroken and alone. But as time passed, he grew to accept the decision and continued to live his life with his beloved human partner, always remembering the friends he had left behind in the Citadel.

Lunagaron: "I can't believe that Malzeno and Garangolm kicked me out! I really need something to do..." Lunagaron spots a nearby building. Lunagaron: "Sweet! Now I can enjoy a moment to myself!" Inside the building, Lunagaron sits at a desk - then notices a strange, red book sitting beside him. Lunagaron: "Hey! There's something to read here!" Lunagaron starts reading the book. Lunagaron: "Hmmm...I wonder what's at the last page-" Somebody takes the book away from Lunagaron. Lunagaron: "THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?!" ???: "I can't let you have Portrait of Markov, nor do want anyone to read the last page. But...my, my...your claws could be an excellent addition to my knife collection!" Lunagaron reveals his claws. Lunagaron: "Get away from me, you freak!" Lunagaron slashes at the mysterious person, ultimately gouging out one of the person's eyes and cutting off most of the person's long purple hair. ???: "AAAH! MY EYE!!!" Just then, Natsuki enters the room with another mysterious person - except this one had brown hair and emerald green eyes. Natsuki: "Monika, I think Yuri went this way- OH MY GOD! Yuri, what happened to you!?" Blood comes out of where Yuri's eye used to be.

Monika: "What the hell? Who did this to her?" Lunagaron: "She...she attacked me...tried to take my claws..." Natsuki: "You're a monster! Why did you do this to her?" Lunagaron: "She attacked me first! I was just defending myself!" Monika: "This is not good. We have to get Yuri to a hospital." Natsuki: "And we have to call the police." Lunagaron: "Wait, what? No, I'm not getting involved in human affairs." Monika: "You may not have a choice. You attacked a human, and there will be consequences for your actions." Lunagaron: "But...she attacked me first!" Natsuki: "It doesn't matter, Lunagaron. You can't just hurt people, no matter how justified you may feel." Feeling overwhelmed and lost, Lunagaron is led away by the police while Natsuki and Monika tend to Yuri's injuries. Lunagaron: "This...this wasn't how I wanted things to turn out..." But in that moment, Lunagaron realizes the consequences of his actions and how they have affected not just him, but those around him. He vows to make things right and seeks to find a way to make amends for what he has done.

8 months later, at Magnamalo's house, Somnacnath starts to feel cramps in her stomach. Somnacanth: "Magnamalo...I think something's wrong..." Magnamalo: "What is it, honey?" Somnacanth: "I...I don't know...it just happened..." Just then, a small puddle of water starts forming between Somnacanth's legs. Somnacnath: "AAAAAAGH!!!" Magnamalo: "Somnacanth! What's going on?!" Somnacanth: "My water just broke! The baby's coming!! And we don't even have a name for them yet!!!"

Magnamalo springs into action, helping Somnacanth to prepare for the birth of their child. Magnamalo: "Don't worry, Somnacanth. Everything will be alright. I'll go call the midwife." Somnacanth: "Hurry! Oh, this is so painful!" As Magnamalo races to get the midwife, Somnacanth tries to stay calm and focused through the pain of childbirth. Somnacanth: "You can do this, Somnacanth. Just breathe and push." Finally, after what feels like an eternity, Somnacanth gives birth to a healthy, crying baby. Midwife: "Congratulations, it's a boy! And he's a healthy hybrid of you and Magnamalo." Somnacanth: "Oh, he's so beautiful. What should we name him?" Magnamalo: "How about...Kai?" Somnacanth: "Kai...Yes, I like it. Welcome to the world, Kai." As the family takes in the joyous moment, they can't help but feel grateful for the new addition to their family and the love that brought them all together.
