INT. WHEELER HOUSE - NIGHT The room is filled with flickering candles, casting a warm glow on the walls. A soft jazz tune plays in the background. Jonathan and Nancy sit on the living room floor, which is covered in blankets and throw pillows. A TV tray holds a half-empty bottle of wine and two glasses. JONATHAN This is nice, isn't it? NANCY Yeah, it's perfect. They both pause, looking deeply into each other's eyes. Jonathan takes a sip of his wine and clears his throat nervously. JONATHAN Nancy, there's something I've been wanting to talk to you about. NANCY (looks concerned) What is it? Jonathan hesitates, then reaches into his jacket pocket, pulling out a small ring box. JONATHAN We've been through a lot together, haven't we? Fighting Demogorgons, getting targeted by sinister organizations, losing friends and loved ones. And yet, through it all, our love has only grown stronger. NANCY (tears up) Yes, it has. JONATHAN Nancy Wheeler, you are the love of my life, my rock, my partner in crime. I couldn't imagine facing this crazy world without you by my side. Nancy's eyes widen as Jonathan opens the ring box, revealing a beautiful diamond ring inside. He takes a deep breath, and suddenly takes on a more serious tone. JONATHAN Nancy, will you marry me and face all of our future challenges, whatever they may be, together? Tears stream down Nancy's cheeks as she nods her head, smiling between sobs. NANCY Yes, Jonathan! Yes, a thousand times yes! Jonathan slips the ring onto her finger, and they embrace, sharing a deep and emotional kiss. They pull apart and gaze into each other's eyes. NANCY Together, forever. No matter what monsters or mad scientists stand in our way. JONATHAN (smiling) No matter what.
