Derek was tired of being bullied by Mark. Every day at school, Mark would pick on him, call him names, and make his life miserable. Derek had tried every possible way to make Mark stop, but nothing worked. So one night, as he sat alone in his room, he made a desperate wish for Mark to finally leave him alone. The next morning, as Derek walked into school, he couldn't believe his eyes. Derek asked, pulling out a ring from his pocket. Everest's eyes widened in surprise, her hand covering her mouth. "Oh my gosh, Derek! This is like, the best day of my life! Of course, I'll marry you!" she squealed, jumping into Derek's arms. As they embraced, Derek knew that his wish had come true in the most unexpected way. Everest may have been ditzy and bubbly, but she was kind and loving, and Derek couldn't imagine a better partner to spend his life with.
