[there would be dialogue in this story - alongside a title:] (After falling into the world of "Azur Lane", Monika and her newborn baby girl Minika have been living with the shipgirls of the Iron Blood. All the while, Bismarck - a battleship shipgirl with a stubborn personality - seems to have a noticeable belly bump; which she is calling a "tumor". However, when Bismarck started to have agonizing stomach pains one day, it was revealed that she was actually nine months pregnant and was going into labor.)

Title: Destiny's Unexpected Delivery (Scene starts with Monika in the living room, cradling baby Minika while Bismarck paces around, visibly uncomfortable.) Monika: (concerned) Bismarck, those stomach pains seem to be getting worse. Are you sure you don't need any help? Bismarck: (gritting her teeth) I've told you, it's just a tumor. I've dealt with it for months now. (A sudden sharp pain causes Bismarck to double over, clutching her stomach.) Bismarck: *Gasp* That... that wasn't a tumor pain. What's happening to me? Monika: (panicked) Oh no, maybe we should call a doctor or someone from Azur Lane. (Bismarck's face contorts with pain as she collapses onto the couch, clutching her stomach.) Bismarck: N-Not now... I... I need someone... who understands... (Monika's eyes widen as she realizes what Bismarck is implying.) Monika: (in disbelief) Are you... are you saying you're pregnant? Bismarck: (through gritted teeth) Yes... but it's not important. Just leave me be... (Monika rushes to Bismarck's side, holding her hand.) Monika: Bismarck, you're in labor! We can't ignore this. We need to help you, but we'll need assistance. (Bismarck's face is a mix of pain, fear, and uncertainty.) Bismarck: (whispering) I never expected this... I didn't believe it was possible for me... (Scene changes to the medical bay of the Iron Blood, where Unicorn - a caring and gentle shipgirl - is helping Bismarck through her contractions.) Unicorn: Bismarck, just breathe. Remember to take deep breaths and try to relax. You're doing great. Bismarck: (gritting her teeth) It hurts like hell, Unicorn... Monika: (holding Minika, reassuringly) You're not alone, Bismarck. We're here for you every step of the way. (Unicorn continues to guide Bismarck through labor, offering support and encouragement.) Unicorn: The head is crowning, Bismarck. Just one more push! (Bismarck strains, exerting all her strength, as the room fills with tension and anticipation.) Bismarck: (with determination) I... can't give up now. (Suddenly, a cry fills the room as Bismarck's baby is born.) Unicorn: (joyfully) It's a healthy baby girl, Bismarck! Congratulations! (Bismarck's exhaustion is replaced by awe and disbelief as tears of joy stream down her face.) Bismarck: My daughter... I... never thought I'd be saying those words. (Monika, moved by the moment, carefully approaches Bismarck with baby Minika.) Monika: Bismarck, Minika would love to meet her new baby sister. (Bismarck gingerly accepts Minika into her arms, the weight of the moment sinking in.) Bismarck: (tearfully) Thank you... thank you for being here, for helping me through this. I never knew what it felt like to have a family, to experience this kind of love. (Scene ends with the shipgirls wrapping Bismarck and her two daughters in a warm embrace, celebrating the miracle of life amidst the battles they face.)
