**Scene: The Batcave, shortly after a magical brawl with a Gotham sorcerer. Dick Grayson (now in Jason Todd's body) and Jason Todd (now in Dick Grayson's body) are standing before a bewildered Bat-Family. Bruce Wayne is trying to assess the situation with Tim Drake (Red Robin) and Barbara Gordon (Batgirl) at his side.** Dick-as-Jason (sparkling inexplicably): "Well, this is new. Why am I twinkling? Is this a Red Hood thing?" Jason-as-Dick (scowling): "Don't even start, Goldie. You're the one with the damn circus act, not me. And why do I feel like doing quadruple backflips all of a sudden?" Bruce: "Calm down, both of you. We need to figure out what the mage did to cause this body switch and how to reverse it." Tim: "I must say, seeing Jason scowl with Dick's face is giving me an identity crisis." Barbara (trying not to laugh): "At least we know the body swap hasn't affected your brooding abilities, Jason." **Damian Wayne (Robin) enters, stops, and stares at the switched heroes.** Damian: "Grayson, why are you... shimmering? And Todd, have you considered moisturizing? You look more tense than usual." Dick-as-Jason (grinning): "It's not so easy to hide your sparkle, Damian. Not when magic's involved." Jason-as-Dick (irritated): "Tt. Can we focus on the real problem here? I need a cigarette, and this body probably has the lung capacity of a marathon runner." Dick-as-Jason: "No smoking in my--uh, your body, Jason. I'd like to get it back without the smell of tobacco, thank you." Tim (chuckling): "This is going to make for one heck of a case study. 'The Body-Swap Phenomenon: Identity and Muscle Memory in Vigilantism.'" Bruce: "This is not a laughing matter. For now, you both need to lay low and avoid any public appearances." Jason-as-Dick (muttering): "Great, grounded in someone else's body. This day just keeps getting better." Barbara: "I'm pretty sure we can get Zatanna or Constantine to help. In the meantime, enjoy the view from each other's perspective." Dick-as-Jason (doing a flip): "Hey, not bad. I could get used to this. Jason, you've been holding out on me; these moves are pretty sweet." Jason-as-Dick (rolling his eyes): "If we're stuck like this for long, I'm dyeing your hair black and getting a red helmet for you to match." Damian (sighs): "I'll prepare the ibuprofen; this is going to be a headache." **The Bat-Family continue to observe and discuss how to solve the magical mishap, while Dick and Jason start to explore the quirks of each other's physical abilities--much to the amusement and exasperation of their family. The scene closes as magic and mischief hang in the air, and the possibility of personal growth (and more than a few jokes) for the switched vigilantes.**
