[there would be dialogue in this story:] (When I first moved to this new town, I was surprised to see my friend Mike living here next-door to me. However, there was this one girl I just couldn't believe existed in the first place - Emily. She was a slime girl...and my girlfriend. Emily's skin was colored like green slime - as was her hair. She had orange eyes, an orange tongue, and her clothes all had a green tint to them. But the most surprising feature about Emily was that her chest size changes depending on how hydrated she is - despite never sounding dehydrated at all. More importantly, she was quite a talented dancer. One day, as Emily was just about to birth our first child, I was surprised to hear that she wanted to stay home when I suggested we go to the hospital.)

Emily: "I don't need to go to the hospital, I can handle this at home." Me: "But Emily, what if something goes wrong? We need to be safe." Emily: "I'll be fine, trust me. I know my body and I know what I'm doing." Me: "I don't know, Emily. This is a big risk to take." Emily: "I understand your concern, but I feel more comfortable giving birth in our own home. Please, trust me on this." Me: "Alright, Emily. I trust you. Just promise me you'll let me know if anything feels wrong, okay?" Emily: "I promise. Thank you for understanding, love." (And so, Emily gave birth to our healthy baby boy in the comfort of our own home - with no complications at all. It was a unique experience, but I was glad to see Emily's confidence and strength throughout it all. She truly was one of a kind.)
