[We open with a scene at the World Meeting, a bustling conference room where countries are represented by anthropomorphic characters discussing global matters.] Narrator: In a world where countries are personified, chaos and comedy ensue at every turn. [The meeting has just ended, and America is full of energy.] America: Guys, I've got a genius idea to figure out what the Axis is plotting! England: Oh no, here we go again... What is it this time? America: It's simple. We spy on them! And I know just the way to do it! France: And how might you be planning to pull off such a feat, mon ami? America: By going undercover as a character everybody loves and trusts--Big Bird! Japan: Isn't that a bit... conspicuous? Italy: I love Big Bird! He's so tall and yellow and friendly! Germany: This is ridiculous. We'll be spotted in an instant. [Cut to America gleefully dressing up in a convincing Big Bird costume in a makeshift dressing room behind the conference hall.] America: With this disguise, I'll blend in perfectly! No one will suspect a thing! [The screen transitions to a park where the Axis Powers are having a seemingly casual picnic, unaware of the espionage about to unfold. America, still in his Big Bird suit, tiptoes closer to snoop on their conversation.] America (whispering to himself): Here goes nothing! [As America tries to inch closer, children in the park begin flocking to him.] Child 1: Look, it's Big Bird! Can we take a picture with you? America (whispering): Uh, sure, kids. Quick photos, then I have to... migrate. Birds do that, right? [While America is distracted, Germany notices the commotion.] Germany (squinting): What is Big Bird doing here? Japan: Maybe it's a street performer? Italy (cheerfully): I want to hug Big Bird too! [The Axis members approach to investigate the giant bird drawing attention. America, realizing he might be exposed, attempts to act natural.] America (in a high-pitched voice): Hello, friends! Sunny day, chasing the clouds away, huh? Germany (suspicious): Something is not right. Big Bird is from Sesame Street, not Hetalia Street. Italy: Aww, but he's so cuddly! [Just as Italy hugs America, a zipper on the costume gets caught on Italy's sleeve, exposing America's identity.] Italy: Huh? America? What are you doing in a Big Bird costume? America (nervously laughing): Surprise! You've been pranked by the number one superpower! Stars and stripes forever, baby! Germany (facepalming): You're spying on us, aren't you? [England, France, Japan, and others approach, drawn by the commotion.] England (facepalming): America, you've compromised the mission with your antics! France: Such a flamboyant ruse, it could only come from you, America. Japan (bowing): Although we do not condone spying, I must admit your creativity is admirable. [Everyone, including the Axis Powers, can't help but laugh at the absurdity of the situation.] Italy: Let's all take a photo with Big Bird-America! [They all gather around for a group photo with America awkwardly still in the Big Bird costume. The camera flashes, capturing the moment.] Narrator: And so, America's feathery surveillance was plucked before it could take flight, but it managed to bring a moment of unity among the nations. Regardless of espionage and diplomatic disputes, laughter always finds a way to unite them, however briefly. [As the screen fades to black, the sound of their collective laughter echoes.] Narrator: In Hetalia, even the wildest schemes are just another way to bring the world a little closer together. [End credits roll - featuring a blooper reel of America struggling with the Big Bird costume operations.]
