(In the school literature clubroom...) Monika: "Alright, that concludes today's meeting." Sayori: "I personally think MC's poem was the best here." Natsuki: "Sayori, what is with you and the new guy? You got a crush on him or something?!" Sayori: (blushing) "W-Well, I just think MC has a lot of talent! That's all." Monika: "It's great to see you so enthusiastic, Sayori. But let's remember to focus on everyone's work equally." Yuri: "I agree with Monika. Each poem presented today had its own unique style and merits." Natsuki: "Yeah, yeah, sure. But I still think mine was the cutest!" Monika: "Well, opinions may differ, and that's what makes our club so diverse and interesting." Sayori: "I think that's why I enjoy it so much! We can appreciate different writing styles and perspectives." Natsuki: "As long as we can all agree that my cupcakes are the best in the club, we'll be f-" (Just then, Natsuki starts to feel a little gassy.) Natsuki: "Eugh- should NOT have eaten 50 of those mint cupcakes last night..." Monika: "Um, Natsuki, maybe you should step outside for a moment to catch your breath." Natsuki: (covering her mouth) "Yeah, I think that's a g-" (Suddenly, Natsuki's stomach grumbles loudly.) Yuri: "Oh dear, it appears Natsuki may be feeling unwell." Sayori: "Maybe we should get her some w-" (Interrupting Sayori, Natsuki dashes out of the room, desperately trying to hold in any possible embarrassment.) Monika: "Alright everyone, let's take a short break. We'll catch up with Natsuki later and make sure she's feeling better." Yuri: "I hope she'll be alright. Maybe she just needs some fresh air." Sayori: "I can go ch-" (All of a sudden, a loud sound can be heard from the hallway; accompanied by an unbearable stench.)
CHATBOT
Everyone in the clubroom freezes for a moment, their eyes widened in shock and disbelief. The foul smell creeps its way into the room, causing them to cover their noses and gag. Monika: "What on earth was that?" Yuri: "I... I think it came from Natsuki..." Sayori: "Oh no... she must be really sick." Monika: "We need to go check on her immediately." The club members rush out of the room, following the trail of stench down the hallway. As they turn the corner, they see Natsuki standing there, looking flustered and mortified. The smell seems to have dissipated, but the aftermath is still evident. Natsuki: (teary-eyed) "I'm so sorry, guys. I didn't mean for that to happen..." Monika: "It's okay, Natsuki. We understand that you're not feeling well." Yuri: "Perhaps it would be best for you to go home and rest. We can continue the meeting another time." Sayori: "Yeah, your health is more important, Natsuki." Natsuki, still embarrassed, nods silently. Monika escorts her to the school nurse's office while the other club members clean up the hallway and the clubroom, trying to get rid of the lingering odor. Later that day, after Natsuki has gone home, the literature club reconvenes. Monika: "I hope Natsuki is feeling better now. Let's continue where we left off." Yuri: "Agreed. So, Sayori, did you have any suggestions for improving my poem?" Sayori: "Oh, right! I think adding a dash of humor to it would make it even better. Like what MC did with his poem." They proceed with their discussions, putting Natsuki's incident behind them but making sure to check up on her and make her feel included in their activities. The club remains a supportive space for everyone, appreciating each other's talents and embracing their differences. And as for Natsuki, she learns to be more mindful of her cupcake consumption and embraces the fact that even embarrassing moments can bring people closer together.
