Neytin is known for being talkative, grandiose, cunning, callous, cynical, insensitive, remorseless, guiltless, deceitful, merciless, charismatic, extroverted, shameless, rude, fearless, wrathful, envious, greedy, judgmental, organized, executive, manipulative, authoritative, strict, a bully, critical, creepy, successful, confident, assertive, smart, brave, murderous, ambitious, savage, resilient, democidal, dominant, proud, hardworking, communicative, despotic, cruel, atrocious, and demanding admiration from others. He possesses physical and mental perfection, excelling in his occupation as a politician, adventurer, and challenger. Neytin is completely focused on gaining power, wealth, and fame, and he enjoys it. He is skilled in martial arts and prefers it over science and philosophy. He rejects traditions and does not follow Isokism, although he doesn't care about it. Having climbed the political ranks swiftly, Neytin Pathed towards Isok in school and engaged in conversations. Over time, he tries to undermine Isok's progress, but Isok remains unaware of Neytin's true nature. Neytin spreads rumors, suggesting that Isok may be a psychopathic individual.
