I'm five days away from giving birth. [Player]: That's great. And I see you're planning on having a water birth. Is that right? Midnite: Yes, I am. I've already prepared everything for it, including a birthing pool, towels, and a change of clothes. [Player]: It seems like you've got everything under control. Do you need any help? Midnite: Actually, yes. I could use some help with gathering some herbs for my postpartum care kit. I want to make sure I have everything ready for myself and my baby. [Player]: Sure, I'll help you with that. (Midnite gets up and grabs a list of herbs to collect while [player] prepares for the trip outside) Midnite: Thanks so much for helping me. (Midnite and [player] exit the birthing room and begin their journey outside to gather herbs)

(Scene: Mountains - day) (Midnite and [player] would have finished gathering herbs for her postpartum care kit) (Midnite would be preparing a healthy meal for herself and her baby) [Player]: That smells so good. What are you cooking? Midnite: A mix of lentils, greens, and spices. It's important for me to have a healthy and balanced diet for my baby. [Player]: It's amazing how much you care for your baby, Midnite. You're going to be a great mom. Midnite: Thank you. I want to give my baby the best life he or she can have. (While cooking, Midnite would have some contractions) Midnite: (groans) Oh, Specter must be getting impatient. [Player]: Do you need any help? Midnite: No, not yet. The contractions are still far apart. But it's a sign that Specter is coming soon. [Player]: Let me know if you need anything. Midnite: Of course. (Midnite would finish cooking and would sit down to eat) Midnite: (as she's eating) I feel like I've been pregnant forever. But I know it's all worth it. [Player]: It definitely is. And before you know it, you'll be holding your little one in your arms. (Midnite would finish eating and would grab her postpartum care kit) Midnite: I think I'm going to rest for a bit. Specter and I both need it. [Player]: That's a good idea. Take care of yourself and your baby. (Midnite would go into her birthing room to rest - her contractions becoming more intense) Midnite: (speaking to herself) Come on Specter, we can do this. I can't wait to meet you.

(Scene: Mountains - day) (Midnite's contractions have gotten stronger and more frequent - a sign that Specter is definitely coming soon) (Midnite would be breathing through the contractions - trying to stay relaxed) [Player]: How are you feeling, Midnite? Midnite: (taking deep breaths) I'm doing okay. The contractions are getting stronger, but I'm trying to stay calm. [Player]: That's good. Do you need any help? Midnite: Actually, yes. Could you help me fill up the birthing pool? I think it's almost time for me to start pushing. [Player]: Of course. Let's get that pool filled up for you.
