True miracles are a type of magic that is utilized by the Architect, it is direct manipulation of the Simulacrum. This type of magic can be accessed by avatars of the Architect, or be given by the Architect to someone or embedded into an item. These powers can be taken away at any moment and the user doesn't have to be a magic user. It is possible to time-travel using these powers, for example, even though time-travel is not possible in the Expanse due to how it is constructed.
