Natsuki turned around to see a small Yo-kai standing behind her, looking timid and shy. Natsuki: "Whoa, are you a Yo-kai?" ???: "Uh, yeah...I'm um...Skreek? Or maybe it's Skrittel...I can never remember my own name..." Natsuki: "Nice to meet you, Skrittel! I'm Natsuki. Do you wanna be my Yo-kai partner?" Skrittel: "Really? You mean it? Wow, this is like a dream come true!" And just like that, Natsuki found her very own Yo-kai partner and the two of them set off on exciting adventures together on Mount Wildwood. From then on, Natsuki was never alone and always had a loyal friend by her side.
