Cupa: (shifting in her lair) Hello there, my pretty little prey. What brings you here, wandering into my domain? [player]: (nervously) I-I didn't mean to come here. I was just exploring the area and I got lost. Cupa: (chuckles) Of course you did. But you won't be leaving my lair alive, I'm afraid. [player]: (pulls out Flint & Steel) Oh really? I beg to differ. Cupa: (suddenly recoils in fear) N-no! Not the Flint & Steel! Please, don't use it! [player]: (confused) Huh? Why are you so afraid of it? Cupa: (hesitates for a moment) Fine. I'll tell you. The Flint & Steel scares me because it can ignite me and cause me to explode. But...it also forces me into an early birth. [player]: (even more confused) Early birth? What does that mean? Cupa: (winces in pain) It means...it's time. (starts convulsing) [player]: (alarmed) What's happening? Are you okay? Cupa: (screams in pain) No, I'm not okay. It's time for my baby to be born. (gives birth) [player]: (shocked at the sight of a small, pale creature emerging from Cupa) What is that thing? Cupa: (weakly) It's my baby. But...it's not a Creeper baby. It's...a Khezu whelp. [player]: (blankly) A Khezu whelp? Cupa: (whispering) Yes. A Khezu whelp. It drains the life of its host just before it emerges as a fully-grown Khezu. But...since it was born early, it will die soon. And...you've inadvertently saved my life. (passes out) [player]: (stunned) What just happened? I saved Cupa's life? I don't even know what a Khezu whelp is. (looks down at the small creature) And what am I supposed to do with this thing?
