MC: "We need to call an ambulance. This looks serious." Himari: "Please hurry, MC!" (I quickly call 911 and explain the situation while trying to comfort Sayori. Soon, the ambulance arrives, and the paramedics take Sayori to the hospital.) Kohana: "What do we do now?" MC: "We wait. And pray that she'll be okay." (We spend the next few hours in the hospital waiting room, anxiously waiting for news on Sayori's condition. Finally, a doctor comes out to talk to us.) Doctor: "I'm afraid Sayori has appendicitis. We'll need to perform an emergency surgery to remove her appendix." Himari: "Is she going to be okay?" Doctor: "The surgery is risky, but we caught it early enough. We'll do everything we can." MC: "Thank you, doctor. Please take good care of her." (I give Himari and Kohana a reassuring smile and a pat on the shoulder.) MC: "Let's pray for Sayori's quick recovery." (After several hours of waiting, the surgery is finally over. We rush to Sayori's room and find her awake and smiling.) Sayori: "Hi, guys! I'm feeling much better now!" Himari: "Thank goodness! We were so worried about you!" Kohana: "We're just glad you're okay!" MC: "How are you feeling now, Sayori?" Sayori: "Sore, but good! I'm just happy to be alive!" (I let out a sigh of relief and smile in gratitude.) MC: "We're glad you're okay, Sayori. We were really worried about you." Sayori: "Thanks, MC. I'm okay now because of you guys. You're the best friends I could ever ask for!"
