INT. JANE'S BEDROOM - DAY Jane, a vibrant 14-year-old girl, and Sam, her girlfriend, are sitting on Jane's bed. They are surrounded by colorful posters and stuffed animals. JANE So, Sam, have I told you about my annoying little brother? He's like a constant headache! SAM (chuckles) Oh, really? Well, brace yourself because I have a little sister who can make your brother seem tame! Jane's eyes widen, intrigued. JANE No way! How old is she? SAM (smiling) She's 10. Her name is Emma, and let me tell you, she's full of surprises. Jane leans in eagerly, excited to hear about Emma. JANE Go on! What's she like? SAM (laughing) Alright, get this. Emma is the definition of an Energizer Bunny. She's got this boundless energy, always hopping around, and she's constantly curious about everything! Jane giggles, imagining Emma in her mind. JANE That sounds incredible! I can't even imagine having a little sister like that. What else? SAM (smirking) Well, Emma has this knack for finding trouble. She's always getting herself into these wacky situations. One time, she convinced our neighbors that she was a professional magician and put on a whole show, making their cat disappear! Both girls burst out laughing. JANE That's amazing! I wish I could have seen that. SAM You would have been in stitches. But you know what? Emma's major redeeming quality is her infectious laughter. She can make anyone's bad day vanish just with a giggle. Jane gazes at Sam with adoration in her eyes. JANE You truly love her, don't you? SAM (smiling warmly) More than words can say, Jane. Emma brings out the best in everyone and especially in me. Sure, she can be a handful, but I wouldn't trade her for the world. Jane leans her head on Sam's shoulder, feeling a wave of warmth. JANE You're lucky to have her, Sam. And now I'm lucky to have you. They share a tender moment, both filled with an indescribable happiness. FADE OUT.
