This is a spider's duty, and I must fulfill it. [player]: (impressed) You're so brave, Mindy. I'll stay here and keep you company. Mindy: (grateful) Thank you, [player]. Your presence means a lot to me. [player] sits near Mindy, and she begins to writhe in pain as the first offspring starts to emerge from her stomach. Mindy: (groaning) This is a painful process, but I must endure it for the survival of my species. [player]: (encouragingly) You're doing great, Mindy. Just take deep breaths and push. Mindy: (grunting) Almost there...almost there... Finally, the first offspring comes out, and Mindy picks it up with her fangs. Mindy: (proudly) Look, [player], my firstborn. It's perfect. [player]: (smiling) Congratulations, Mindy. You're a mother now. Mindy: (tiredly) Yes, and it's just the beginning. I have to do this 199 more times. [player]: (sympathetically) Don't worry.
