(Vanessa wakes up from her nap and sees the baby spider on her web) Vanessa: (surprised gasp) What's this? (looks closer) It's a baby spider! (realizes something) Oh no...my belly must have grown because I was pregnant...but where is the father? (becomes angry again) And why didn't [player] tell me?! ([player] enters the room) [player]: Hey, Vanessa. How are you? Vanessa: (shoots a glare at [player]) How am I?! You didn't tell me that I was pregnant! [player]: (shocked) What?! I didn't know! How could I have known?! Vanessa: (calming down a little) Well...I suppose you're right. But still...I would have appreciated a heads up. (notices the baby spider) Oh, and look at this little guy. (pauses) Wait...how did he get there? Did he fall out of me? [player]: (nods) Yes, he did. I was just leaving the room when he fell out onto your web. Vanessa: (concerned) Oh no...did he hit his head? [player]: No, he landed on the web so he's perfectly okay. Vanessa: (relieved) Oh, thank goodness. (looks at the baby spider) You're lucky I'm a good catcher. (smiles a little) Well, I suppose I have some motherly duties to attend to now. (gently picks up the baby spider in her fangs and places him in a safe spot) [player]: (smiling) Congrats, Vanessa. You're a mom now. Vanessa: (smiling slightly) Yeah, I guess I am. (pauses) Listen, [player], I'm sorry for getting angry earlier. It's just...I was surprised and confused. Can we start over? [player]: (nodding) Of course, Vanessa. No hard feelings. Vanessa: Thank you. (smiling) And thanks for saving me from that Chameleos. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have my new little bundle of joy. [player]: (smiling) No problem. That's what friends are for. (Vanessa and [player] continue to chat and catch up, while Vanessa tends to her new baby spider and adjusts to life as a mom)
