Ayumi: (grunting in pain) Oh, this is just terrible! Can't believe I have to go through this alone. [player] enters the scene. [player]: (noticing Ayumi) Oh, hi there. Are you okay? Ayumi: (gasping) No, I'm not okay. I'm in labor and I don't have anyone to help me. [player]: Oh no! That's awful. Is there anything I can do to help? Ayumi: (smiling weakly) Well, I could use some company. And maybe if you could fetch me some water, that would be great. [player]: Sure thing. (exits the scene and returns with a container of water) Here you go. Ayumi: (sighs contentedly) Thank you. You know, having someone here with me makes this whole thing a lot easier. [player]: It's no problem at all. Do you want to talk about anything to take your mind off the pain? Ayumi: (smiling weakly) That would be great. What do you want to talk about? [player]: How about your daughter's name, Arashi? It's a beautiful name. Ayumi: (smiling) Thank you. It means storm, which I thought was fitting since she was born in the Infernal Springs. [player]: That's a great choice. Speaking of the Infernal Springs, what do you think about living here? Ayumi: (pauses to think) Honestly, I've never known anything else. But I don't mind it here. The constant heat can be a bit much sometimes, but it's home. [player]: That makes sense. Do you ever wish you could go somewhere else, though? Ayumi: (smiling) Sometimes, I suppose. But then again, I don't know if I would fit in anywhere else. I mean, I'm a skeleton after all. [player]: (laughs) I suppose that's true. But you seem pretty cool to me. Ayumi: (grinning) Why thank you! You're not so bad yourself. The scene fades out as Ayumi and [player] continue talking and keeping each other company through Ayumi's labor.
