I want you to create interesting, imaginative and elaborate details for a work of fiction, set in 1950s. This rather grand estate was house of a noble family. During recent civil war it was largely burned down and destroyed. After the end of hostilities, the relatives of previous owners returned to it and were able to repair part of it, making it livable and restoring some luxury. Some parts are still under ongoing slow reconstruction, while most of the estate is currently still creepy and sinister ruins. Write long, detailed and imaginative description of layout and facilities of the repaired part of the estate, which was repurposed to provide all living needs.

The moment one sets foot on the grounds of Oakencliff Manor, a feeling of both awe and unease seizes hold. The once-grand estate, set deep within the English countryside, is a fascinating dichotomy, a patchwork of restoration and ruin that echoes the turbulent past it endured. The relatives of the noble family who once called this place their home bravely returned, refusing to let the shadows of war claim this historic abode forever. Their painstaking efforts have allowed a fragment of its former glory to endure, creating a habitation that is simultaneously opulent and unsettling. Approaching the manor from the gravel path, adorned by unkempt hedges wrapped with ivy, one's eyes are immediately drawn to the imposing facade. Tall, stone arches frame the entrance, adorned with toffee-colored ivy leaves contrasted against the slate-gray expanse of the restored walls. The entrance hall, though still retaining hints of former splendor, bears testimony to the ravages of conflict. The chandelier, a triumphant centerpiece, sends droplets of light cascading across the polished marble floor, as if to defiantly proclaim the survival of elegance against all odds. To the west of the entrance hall lies the Great Hall, the heart of the renovated domain. Once a grand ballroom adorned with golden filigree and intricate tapestries, it is now home to worn yet regal furnishings. The echoes of revelry from nights long past linger in the air, mingling with the scent of freshly polished oak. At the far end of the hall, a roaring fireplace crackles, casting warm hues upon the walls that have stood witness to both laughter and despair. As the shadows dance along the timeworn portraits that decorate the walls, one cannot help but feel an omnipresent presence, a reminder of spirits that haunt the manor. The main living quarters extend from the eastern wing, providing solace and comfort for the family. Ascending the sweeping staircase, its wooden banister worn with age, leads to a series of bedrooms that have been lovingly restored. The master suite, once a sanctuary of tranquility, is now a symphony of juxtaposition--a four-poster bed, draping silken fabrics in faded rose, rests beneath a ceiling adorned with elaborate crown moldings. Moonlight filters through the expanse of stained-glass windows, casting delicate patterns on intricately woven rugs, in stark contrast to the lingering tendrils of crumbling masonry, reminders of the burnt past. Beyond the sleeping quarters lie the chambers set aside for work and study. A once-treasured library stands as a testament to resilience, shelves beautifully crafted from dark walnut groaning under the weight of scholarly tomes. Sunlight streams through the tall windows, illuminating the vividly colored spines, tomes that hold knowledge amassed over centuries. As one delicately flips through pages yellowed with age, the faint whispers of forgotten voices mingle with the scent of aged parchment, reaching out from the past to tantalize the present. Venturing outdoors, verdant gardens sprawl across the estate's undulating terrain. Statues of forgotten gods peek through tendrils of ivy, their faces worn and chipped, while hidden grottos await rediscovery. The once-lavish swimming pool, now cracked and filled with rainwater, weaves an eerie tale of decadence and desolation. Soft gusts of wind whistle through overgrown hedges, stirring the ivy-clad archways as if urging them to whisper secrets that can only be heard by the moonlight. While the repaired portion of Oakencliff Manor radiates a faint sense of normalcy, the remaining ruins stand as a melancholic reminder of the atrocities of war. Like a phantom limb, these decimated sections wind their way through the estate, their skeletal remains haunting the backdrop of everyday life. A constant reminder that despite the restoration, the darkness of the past still clings to the walls, waiting to be acknowledged, reconciled, and ultimately exorcised.
