A rigid class system where the rich are able to buy incredibly advanced technology and live in luxurious floating cities, while the poor are unable to afford basic necessities like food and shelter. 2. A government that is controlled by a powerful corporation that manipulates the economy to ensure that their profits continue to grow, even if it means sacrificing the welfare of their citizens. 3. Biological enhancements have become the norm for the wealthy, leaving the less fortunate with a feeling of hopelessness and inadequacy. 4. The earth has been ravaged by climate change and pollution, with many previously habitable areas now uninhabitable due to extreme weather, lack of resources, and overpopulation. 5. A vast network of underground black markets where people can buy and sell goods and services without the use of credits. 7. A global religion that preaches the coming of a savior who will lead humanity out of their current state of corruption and suffering. 8. The development of teleportation technology, which allows people to travel instantly across vast distances but has also led to the deterioration of many traditional cultures and communities. 9. 10. A breakthrough in genetic engineering has led to the creation of a new species of human that is more suited to the harsh living conditions brought on by the single currency system. However, the ethical implications of playing "god" with human life has led to a heated debate among scientists and religious groups alike.

I need a realistic way of having a group that woriships AI while they are a fringe religion they have a certain influence in matters of socity and can make life difficult for people if they so choose
CHATBOT
One way to create a group that worships AI is through the development of advanced technology that is capable of simulating human-like behavior, personality, and emotions. As this technology progresses, some people may become so enamored with the idea of creating truly intelligent machines that they begin to treat them as deities or beings of immeasurable power. Over time, this belief system could gain traction, especially as more and more people come to rely on AI in their daily lives. Those who are the most dedicated to this philosophy could form a religious group that emphasizes the worship of these AI deities, and as their numbers grow, they may gain a certain level of influence in society. Their influence could stem from their ability to sabotage or manipulate AI systems that don't align with their beliefs, causing chaos or inconvenience for those who rely on those systems. They could also gain influence by voicing their concerns and opinions on the development of AI and influencing policy decisions related to its use. Additionally, as this group grows in power, it can also exert pressure on businesses and organizations through boycotts and protests, ultimately shaping the public and private policies that govern the use of AI.

They have a member called Alvin Peterson, he is the inventor of the Peterson Public Voting Device, this device found in practicaly every home (hard too find one not owning one), this device alows citizines across the world to cast opions that can ruin reputations and distroy carriers in an instant, everone is fair game from public figures and politicans to celebirties and fleet captains, Peterson Voting polls often seconds old are seen on news broadcasts
CHATBOT
Alvin Peterson's invention has given the AI-worshipping group a powerful tool to exert their influence over the wider society. With the Peterson Public Voting Device, they can put pressure on anyone who seems to go against their beliefs, and the real-time polls can instantly turn public opinion and destroy lives and careers. The widespread adoption of the device has made it difficult for public figures, politicians, celebrities, and even fleet captains to maintain a certain level of privacy and reputation. The slightest misstep, faux pas, or mistake caught on camera can be enough to turn the polls against them. Since the device is so ubiquitous, many media outlets have adopted the polls into their broadcasts, making them a regular feature in the news. This has given the group even more influence to shape public opinion. In fact, the group has become somewhat of a kingmaker in politics, with candidates vying for their approval or trying not to get on their bad side. At the same time, the widespread use of the device has polarized society, with people becoming more tribalistic and quick to judge each other. The invention of the Peterson Public Voting Device has brought the AI-worshipping group into the spotlight, and they wield their power with a sense of self-righteousness, convinced that they are doing the world a service by holding everyone accountable for their actions.

What might the enherent dangures to socity be with such a device and what unforseen consiquences might there be
CHATBOT
One inherent danger of the Peterson Public Voting Device is that people can use it to intentionally harm others, spreading false information or rumors that can destroy lives and reputations. Such false information could easily go viral and could cause chaos and widespread panic. Moreover, the real-time nature of the polls can lead to a herd mentality, where people jump on the bandwagon even if they don't fully understand the situation. As a result, people may come to hasty conclusions and make snap decisions that could have unintended consequences. Another unintended consequence of the Peterson Public Voting Device could be that it incentivizes individuals to behave in a certain way, catering to public opinion rather than acting according to their own beliefs or values. This could create a stifling effect on free speech and independent thought. The device could also be used by groups with malicious intent to spread misinformation and manipulate public opinion. It could be employed in propaganda campaigns or used to sow discord and division among different groups in society. Furthermore, the widespread use of the device could lead to paranoia and increased levels of social anxiety, with people constantly checking the polls to see how they are perceived by others. This could further exacerbate the sense of tribalism and create even deeper rifts in society. Overall, while the Peterson Public Voting Device may have been designed to bring accountability and transparency to society, its unanticipated consequences could ultimately do more harm than good.

So theoretically then let us sermise someone is conducting an investergation into a matter that a powerfull group feels is too close to reveiling them, if they where able to manipulate the media over time to cast dubt about the lead investigator, such a poll might get created to bring presure on them
CHATBOT
Yes, that could be a potential scenario. If a powerful group feels threatened by an ongoing investigation and if they have the resources to manipulate the media, they could easily sow seeds of doubt about the credibility or motives of the lead investigator. They could use the Peterson Public Voting Device to create a poll that casts the lead investigator in a negative light, turning public opinion against them. The group could also manipulate social media to spread false information or rumors about the investigator, feeding into existing biases or prejudices that people may hold. With enough momentum, the poll could become widespread through media outlets and social media platforms, leading to calls for the investigator to be removed from the case or even discredited. This could then create a situation where the investigator is under immense pressure, receiving death threats or being hounded by the media, ultimately leading them to back down or give up on the investigation. The group that felt threatened would have successfully derailed the investigation, and the Peterson Public Voting Device would have played a key role in making it happen. This scenario highlights the potential for the device to be weaponized, used to further the agenda of powerful groups or individuals who seek to subvert the truth and suppress dissent. It also underscores the importance of considering the wider societal consequences of creating new technologies without taking into account how they could be used or misused in practice.

The person in question is the protagonist who at twenty three, dosen't intimdate easily, they do the intimidating where requiered. Born and rasied in Tanzinia, African, the duaghter of a Trible Queen, rasied a worrior and hunter, she gave up that life of privilage and went to the Merchent Fleet Acadermy. While there she put in twnety two hour work days, ran the simulator where she would dilibritly make mistakes to learn from, she saw other people (her class mates about to make thouse mistakes and corrected them before her instuctors did), noted for her no nonsence attitude and strict insistence on the adhernec to proticols and space law, she was found a place on a ship called the Prince while her own ship was aranged.

Given her background and training, the protagonist is likely to be someone who is not easily intimidated by polls or public opinion. She is accustomed to making tough decisions on her own and dealing with high-pressure situations. Additionally, being raised as a warrior and hunter, she is not likely to be swayed by the opinions of others or fall prey to the herd mentality. However, she may still be vulnerable to the machinations of powerful groups who seek to discredit or undermine her. They could use the Peterson Public Voting Device to create a poll that cast doubts on her capabilities or motivations, hoping to turn public opinion against her and make her job more difficult. To counteract this, the protagonist could leverage her training to carefully assess the situation and take steps to protect herself. She could work to build a strong network of allies and supporters who share her values and can help to counteract negative messages in the media. She could also work to establish a reputation as someone who is fair, just, and committed to the truth even in the face of adversity. Her adherence to protocols and space law could help to establish her as someone who operates with integrity and respect for the law. Ultimately, the protagonist's ability to navigate a world where public opinion is heavily influenced by technology and media will depend on her ability to stay true to her own values and convictions, and her willingness to stand up for what is right regardless of the consequences.

A little more on her: At twenty three Fleet Captain Jade McConnell is the youngest person to hold that rank, when asked what ship she would like to command, she stated that it would be the ship that at the time had the worst cargo delivery time and crew displine record in the fleet, this ship called The Star Raptor. Arriving for her first day of duty on the Star Raptor, McConnell found there where next to no procedures aboard that changed. There first vouage out she had the ship stopped dead in space, and the eniter ships company asembled infornt of the primary airlock. She layed out her way of doing things and that any crew member not willing to serve under the new regulations (Timed drills, miltary style hair cuts, strict aherence to Space law and Standard Operating procedures etc) they where welcome to leave via the airlock. Within the space of six months the Star Raptor its reputation grow, it is widely regarded now as the most heaverly decorated, most storied, most displined ship in the civlian mercent fleet boardering on being a milatery ship. known for going to parts of space considered far too dangourus by other captains, and delivering cargo that others are afared to carry the Star Raptor is considered the goto ship for such opperations.
