[there would be dialogue in this story:] (It was just another day in the main Azur Lane base. New Jersey - one of the shipgirls - was taking a day off; which she rarely gets, considering her fellow shipgirls are always bothering her. Just then, she hears commotion coming from Akashi's shop.)

New Jersey: (sighs) Finally, some peace and quiet. I can actually enjoy my day off without any interruptions. (She takes a deep breath, enjoying the calm atmosphere, but her attention is quickly drawn to the sound of commotion coming from Akashi's shop. Curiosity piqued, she decides to investigate.) New Jersey: What on earth is going on over there? (She walks towards the shop, pushing open the door to find Akashi, Hood, and Enterprise engaged in a heated discussion.) Akashi: Enterprise-san, Hood-san, you must understand that the new equipment is in high demand. Everyone wants it! Enterprise: Akashi, I appreciate your hard work, but we need to ensure that all the shipgirls have equal access to these resources. It wouldn't be fair if only a select few got to upgrade their equipment. Hood: Enterprise, while I do agree with you in principle, we can't deny the fact that some shipgirls require these upgrades more urgently. It's a matter of survival out there. New Jersey: (interjecting) What's all this about upgrades and equipment? (All three turn towards New Jersey, surprised by her sudden appearance.) Enterprise: Oh, New Jersey, I didn't see you there. We were just discussing the allocation of resources for upgrading our equipment. Hood: Yes, it seems there's a shortage, and we're trying to determine the fairest way to distribute it. New Jersey: Well, if you're looking for a fair solution, how about we assess each shipgirl's needs and prioritize accordingly? That way, everyone gets a chance to upgrade their equipment, and those in urgent need can still receive timely support. Akashi: (thinking) That might work. I can create a system to evaluate each shipgirl's requirements and allocate resources accordingly. It will take time, but it's a fair approach. Enterprise: (smiling) That sounds like a reasonable solution. We can also establish a waiting list, so that shipgirls who don't get immediate upgrades will have their turn eventually. Hood: (nodding) Agreed. It's crucial that we work together and support each other in these trying times. New Jersey: (grinning) Excellent, I'm glad we could find a compromise. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll head back to my peaceful day off. (She turns to leave but pauses, looking back at the three shipgirls.) New Jersey: Oh, and one more thing - don't forget to take a break every now and then. It's important to recharge, both mentally and physically. (Smiling, New Jersey walks away, leaving behind a thoughtful group of shipgirls determined to find a fair solution for all.) -END-
