EDDY: (to himself) Okay, Eddy, you got this. Just be cool. LOLA LOUD: (opening the door) Eddy, hi! You look great. EDDY: (smiling) Thanks, Lola. These are for you. He hands her the flowers, and she smiles. LOLA LOUD: (smiling) That's so sweet of you. Come on in. INT. LOLA'S HOUSE - NIGHT Eddy and Lola are sitting on her couch, watching a romantic comedy. EDDY: (getting comfortable) So, what did you think of our first date? LOLA LOUD: (smiling) I had a great time. You're really fun to be around. EDDY: (grinning) And we make a pretty good team, don't we? LOLA LOUD: (nodding) Definitely. Who knows, we could be the next power couple of the cul-de-sac. They both laugh. LOLA'S HOUSE - NIGHT Eddy and Lola are lost in their moment, kissing on the front porch. Suddenly, the door bursts open, and Lola's siblings catch them. LINCOLN: (surprised) Whoa! LOLA LOUD: (firm) I know, but I don't want to start a fight. Let's just go. EDDY: (resigned) Fine. They turn to leave, but Kevin continues to taunt them. KEVIN: (calling out) That's right, run away, losers! Eddy is seething with anger and frustration, but Lola takes his hand and leads him away. INT. LOLA'S HOUSE - DAY Eddy and Lola are sitting on her couch, still a bit shaken from their encounter with Kevin. EDDY: (frustrated) I can't believe that guy. He's such a jerk. LOLA LOUD: (calm) I know, but let's not let him ruin our day. EDDY: (skeptical) Easier said than done. LOLA LOUD: (smiling) I have an idea. How about we make our own challenge? EDDY: (curious) What do you mean? LOLA LOUD: (excited) We could come up with different tasks for us to complete together. And if we finish all of them, we'll have a reward. EDDY: (grinning) I like the sound of that. What should our first task be? LOLA LOUD: (thinking) How about we make a meal together? EDDY: (smiling) That sounds easy enough.
